The hand represents divine approval, and specifically acceptance of his sacrifice, and possibly also the storm mentioned in the gospels. The hand may be seen in the Ascension of Christ, sometimes, as in the Drogo Sacramentary, reaching down and clasping that of Christ, as though to pull him up into the clouds.
There's an anonymous quote I love. It says… “Those who leave everything in God's hand will eventually see God's hand in everything.” That's such a beautiful sentiment and one I can completely get behind. Because the truth is, the more we look for God in our lives, the more we see Him.
“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.”
Actively Seek Him
Look for God in every situation daily. Whether it is big or small, look for him. If you are just walking down the street, look for the beautiful things he has made. When you are with your friends or family, thank him for putting those people in your life.
Prayer moves you and me — it is faith that moves God's hand. The value of prayer is two-fold. First, prayer activates your faith. Prayer isn't based on how long or how short you pray, but that your prayer is faith-based.
But they aren't; they are in His hands. God gave us life and someday our life on this earth will be over. Each day we live is a gift from God. God wants us to use each day with joy, peace and happiness, and each day we should bring honor to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
God's hands are big enough to bless you.
Jesus often touched people in order to bless them. He would lay his hands on people and bless them. He does the same for you. Isaiah 62:3 says, “The Lord will hold you in his hand for all to see — a splendid crown in the hand of God” (NLT, second edition).
Understanding God's sovereignty better teaches us that we must know that our lives are in God's hands. He owns us body and soul, we are in His view at all times, and we must bow to His will. Therefore, regardless of circumstances, He can take care of us.
By a simple prayer of faith, ask Christ to come into your life today. He will forgive all your sins and put your feet on a new path. Then ask Him to help you avoid your old ways and old "friends" and find new ones who love God and can encourage you every day. God bless you.

So what is the "invisible hand"? God's providence. Smith made this clear in his Theory of Moral Sentiments in which he first introduced the idea of an invisible hand (bold emphasis is mine.): The produce of the soil maintains at all times nearly that number of inhabitants which it is capable of maintaining.
The hand is the most frequently symbolized part of the human body. It gives blessing, it is expressive. According to Aristotle, the hand is the "tool of tools." In general it is strength, power and protection. However, it can just as easily mean generosity, hospitality and stability; "lend a hand".
The goal's name derives from Maradona's initial response on whether he scored it illegally, stating it was made "a little with the head of Maradona, and a little with the hand of God".
What is the Hand of God? The Hand of God refers to a goal Maradona scored during Argentina's match against England on June 22, 1986. Maradona jumped as if to head the ball but instead it hit his hand and went past goalkeeper Peter Shilton to give the Argentine's a 1-0 lead.
The Bible says that our entire Universe fits into God's mighty hand (Isaiah 40:12); and rotates in God's hand (2 Peter 3:8), suspended over nothing (Job 26:7).
It is a heavy blow when God determines to bring to light that which is hidden in the shadows. Sometimes the Body of Christ must bear the weight of His judgment when He does.
It lies in the constellation of Circinus around 17,000 light-years away.
We put things in God's hands when we do what he tells us to do. We take them out of God's hands when we do what we think we should do, regardless of what His Word says. I don't know about you, but I've learned to trust God more than my feelings. Trust God's Word, no matter what.

The “right hand” is seen as a place of honor and status throughout the biblical text. When the Bible makes statements that Jesus Christ sits at the right hand of the Father, it is affirming that he has equal status to the Father within the Godhead (Hebrews 1:3, 12:2; 1 Peter 3:22; Acts 7:55-56).
“Blessing of the Hands” ceremonies are now fairly commonplace during Nurse's Week. Human touch is such a crucial part of health care. Blessing of the hands with oils or water is a way to acknowledge that importance, while also honoring the spiritual aspects found in physical care.
Still, what the Lord has told us is for us to know forever, and He has revealed in Scripture that He uses our prayers to accomplish His will. Our prayers move Him to act, which is, of course, due to the fact that He ordains even our intercession.
