The Fighter Android 21 is one of the Characters in Dragon Ball FighterZ. She is unlocked by completing the story mode, and is the primary antagonist of Dragon Ball FighterZ.
Because she was made by a group of unnamed scientists (which led to a loss of memory in some parts), these scientists slipped in all sorts of cells into her body. A good deal of these are Majin Buu's cells.
Android 21 is the 26th DLC character to be added to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Introduced in Dragon Ball FighterZ, this is her 2nd game appearance to date. She was the main villain in the latter game.
Additionally, Android 21's hunger may be a result of her unique combination of Majin and Saiyan cells, as both Saiyans and Majins are known to have large appetites.

Fitting with her evil nature, Android 21 was disgusted with her good self's way of thinking and views who had no will or desire to consume others for their power (similar to Frieza who is disgusted by Goku's good heart).
The Xenoverse 3 news comes as the much desired Dragon Ball Super series returns in 2023. And with the franchise finally having new source material to grab from, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 seems inevitable.

Bio-Android Physiology: Android 21 was created from the cells of the greatest warriors and minds to ever visit Earth, containing the DNA of Son Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, King Cold, probably Androids 17 and 18, Cell, and Majin Buu itself.
Android 21's power has increased tremendous to the point that she is comparable to that of a Super Saiyan God. In this form, Android 21 is able to fight on par against Shido in his Super Saiyan God form. Her power level in this form is about 2,150,000,000,000,000,000,000.
To get this form, you need to feed Majin Buu enough at Majin Buu's House until he makes a few children. There is no set amount of children needed. It's anywhere between two and six children.

During the fight, the Grand Supreme Kai takes control of Buu's body and it's revealed that Buu once had god ki, but it was destroyed when the pure Majin Buu was killed by Goku.
