Symbiotes are genderless, reproduce asexually, and generally produce only one offspring in a lifetime. In the case of
they can reproduce asexually with a limited number of seeds inside their mass. For example, Venom gave birth to seven "children", and its first child Carnage had three. senses that extend over its entire surface, enabling hosts to "see" what is behind them or otherwise not in their line of sight (like a Spider-Sense).
In a flashback, it is revealed that she got pregnant with Eddie's child after bonding to Venom. After giving birth to their son Dylan, she left him in the care of Carl Brock, with the promise that she would return eventually.

Symbiotes are asexual so they don't really get pregnant the ways humans due as they have a seed which is used to birth a newborn symbiote, and they could also can theoretical just split a small part of themselves to birth another symbiote but that more of a conscious way then what is typically of a symbiote.

Symbiotes like Venom are immensely powerful, possessed of great strength and endurance, but they also have two extremely common weaknesses: fire and sound.

The most powerful of Venom's first offsprings is Scream, an unstable creature attached to Life Foundation's mentally disturbed security agent Donna Diego. Capable of extending her hairs and tendrils as a weapon, Scream proved her power when she killed her four brothers in a fit of rage.
Carnage is Venom's offspring and with Klyntar/Symbiotes their offsprings are more powerful than the parent. But Venom bonded himself to Eddie's body down to the cellular level. That way if Eddie gets hurt or something Venom can essentially heal Eddie's injures faster.

Carnage barely put up a fight. Pieces of the symbiote were on him, but he didn't fully transform or try to defend himself. Venom simply pulled the symbiote off of him and ate it, becoming stronger.
Because Eddie Brock is the first humanoid to give Venom's child a physical form - and a name, Sleeper - but he's not the last. And neither is the Skrull warbride who pursued the Venom symbiote's kidnapper to Earth in the first place.
Because Kasady is a deranged serial killer, they share a sadistic personality and their bond is stronger than that between Venom and Eddie, and Carnage increases Kasady's violent tendencies. Carnage, then, is more powerful, violent, and thus deadly than Venom, and became his archenemy in the comics.
Venom decided that, in order to completely remove the threat of Carnage from the world, he would have to devour and absorb Carnage completely.
The bond between the Carnage symbiote and Kasady was stronger than the bond between Brock and the Venom symbiote. Cletus Kasady was also a serial killer and thought of as insane. As a result, Carnage is far more violent, powerful, and deadly than Venom.
