They have an intuitive sense of what their partner desires and will go to great lengths to ensure those needs are met. INFPs are incredibly creative and are always looking for ways to make sex even more pleasurable. They love fantasy, so role-playing is a fun option for them.
Some subs are passive and submissive in their vanilla lives while others are actually very “A-type” and assertive to everyone except whoever they choose to submit to. There is nothing in the description of an INFP that prevents them from being a Dom.
INFPs ranked as having low dominance according to the CPI™ tool. These individuals are very independent in nature, and value autonomy and personal freedom. They dislike imposing their will on others and believe that everyone has a right to their own individual ethics and beliefs.
Mediators (INFPs) are dreamers and idealists, especially when it comes to romance. People with this personality type believe in the power and beauty of true love, and they sincerely hope never to settle for anything less. It's fair to say, then, that Mediators approach the world of romance with high expectations.
INFP: Decisiveness
Decisiveness is a turn-on for INFPs. Making decisions isn't an INFP's strength. Sometimes it's because they usually spend a lot of time analyzing different options and exploring all the possibilities in order to come up with a conclusion that would make sense for everyone involved.
INFPs are a lot like ISFJs and INFJs when it comes to feeling comfortable before flirting. They like to cyber stalk their love interests, but can be somewhat shy with them in person until communication has opened up a bit. You'll find that INFPs make this open communication flow happen rather quickly.
INFP: People-pleasing
The biggest turn-off for INFPs is people-pleasing. INFPs are independent and individualistic in their beliefs and values. They want people to be authentic and true to themselves, even if they risk offending others.
Physical Closeness
For Mediators, touch is intimate. Every hug that they give is heartfelt. As partners, they are most likely hand-holders and snugglers, using physical closeness as a love language.
INFP. INFPs can be quite shy when it comes to flirting and they often come across as aloof, especially with people they've only just met. Expect some blushing and stumbling over words. Once they get to know you better, their playful side will come out, and they'll seem much flirtier.
ESTJ and INFP Compatibility. Out of all personality types, ESTJs are by far the least compatible with INFPs, and it isn't difficult to see why. They're simply too different!
The consensus is ESTP.
INFPs are most compatible with the other Intuitive-Feeling types—ENFJ, ENFP, and INFJ—as well as ESFJs.
So, if an INFP really likes you, they'll go out of their way to talk to you and engage in a meaningful conversation. It's their way of telling you that they care and want to know you better.
They may withdraw from the world and become isolated, or they may act out in destructive ways. Their idealism can turn into cynicism, and their values may become inflexible. When they're in this state, INFPs are often negative, judgmental, and superior.
ENFPs and INFPs tend to have really close, trusting bonds. Because these types share the same cognitive functions, they tend to innately “get” each other without as much trouble as many other type pairings. INFPs enjoy the fun-loving, enthusiastic nature of ENFPs.
INFPs can struggle when it comes to dating. We are complex individuals we rarely meet people with whom we connect in a meaningful way. We need a lot of alone time and meeting new people can be draining for us.
The ESTP. Probably one of the most flirtatious personality types, ESTPs are not afraid to show their interest in someone with direct and often bold moves. They're excellent at reading body language and they know how to send out the right signals that will make them stand out from the crowd.
Sexually, the INFP is likely to be initially slow to open up to their partners. Once their trust has been earned, the INFP will view sexual intimacy as an opportunity for expressing their deep-seated love and affection. More than the actual sexual act, they will value giving and receiving love and sweet words.
Their kind heart and creative mind make INFPs a joy to be around. They are always eager to help out, and they have a great sense of humor. They love being around animals and children, which makes them even cuter.
Not because we are always overly clingy but because we can distance ourselves and go off on our own for unacceptable periods of times. INFPs are socially aware of themselves but sometimes need to work on such habits before pursuing serious relationships.
INFP. An imaginative and individualized type, INFPs tend to follow their own style rules. They are generally non-judgmental when it comes to fashion and believe that everyone should be free to wear what they want, how they want. INFPs use clothes as a tool for self-expression, letting their creative side lead the way.
With Fi-Ne, INFPs are naturally curious about people. If they like you, their curiosity will become more intense. They will want to spend time with you doing things that make the both of you feel great. They will be very supportive of your activities and be there to cheer you on and cheer you up.
INFP Weaknesses
INFPs who venture enthusiastically out into the world can end up retreating into lethargy and depression when they discover their idealism isn't always shared or respected by others, and their incredible talents can go completely to waste when they become too discouraged to continue. Impracticality.
I think the most badass quality of INFPs is that we generally strive for authenticity and we own it. When we understand what we want, we go for it.
INFPs are low-key rebels, which makes them badass. They are not blatant rebels, but their free-spiritedness and bohemian way of living make them understatedly cool.
