It was used in the battles against Nappa and Vegeta on Earth. Famously Goku used it during his final battles against Captain Ginyu and Freeza. His maximum was X10.
X20 Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken - The highest obtained level Goku can use for Kaio-ken Blue.
Anyways, we've never been stated of the limit of Kaioken, nor has it been implied that it has no limit. Kaioken x100 multiplies your level of power by 100, hence the '100x' beside the 'Kaioken'.
Potentially, Kaio Ken could be trained to go higher than 20x, there has been no official word stating either way. If there's a way to make it more powerful than Mastered Ultra Instinct (or a future transformation) or to use in conjunction with it, then we'll see it in the future of the show.
No. Kaioken 1000+ is way too dangerous for any being ever, you will make your self imploded like a poked balloon before you can even try to destroy the multiverse. No, he doesn't need that much Kaioken to destroy the multiverse. Mastered UI could destroy the universe already.
Can Kaio-Ken be used with Ultra Instinct? Yes it can be done if they're Mastered.
Xeno Goku can use up to Kaioken x100 which normally would put strains on his body. Range: Extended melee range.
Kaioken X Infinity: Grants infinite power for an instant, allowing one of the many clones to destroy a vastly superior enemy before it is capable of causing massive destruction to the universe, before being completely and utterly destroyed.
Yes and No. It depends on what version of the Super Saiyan form you use. If it is just the regular Super Saiyan form then yes as that form only had a 50x multiplier. however if you wanna use Mastered Super Saiyan then no Kaioken 100x wouldn't be stronger.
Dragon Ball Super saw the Saiyan martial artist attain his most esoterically powerful form yet: the Ultra Instinct state. First unveiled during the anime series' final story arc, "The Tournament of Power," the transformation is apparently not a conscious one.
In the Dragon Ball Z Collectible Card Game, Super Saiyan 4 Goku can use Kaio-ken. Xeno Gogeta as a Super Saiyan 4 can use the Kaio-ken technique in Dragon Ball Heroes.
The highest multiplication for the Kaio-ken ever seen was the Kaio-ken x100, which Goku used against Lord Slug after absorbing a Spirit Bomb. The technique, however, has its substantial flaws.
"Kaioken and Kaioken x2 are the exact same, Toriayama just retroactive changed base Kaioken's name to "Kaioken x2" in that chapter, to avoid confusion, and emphasize that x3 and x4 were multipliers."
It's vastly weaker than Ultra Instinct. Blue Kaio-Ken was weaker than Jiren by a fair margin, Jiren literally blinked SSJBKKX20 away: Jiren before breaking his limits was comparable to the GoD's of destruction, In fact he's stronger than his own GoD who's apparently superior to Beerus according to Whis.
In Dragon Ball Z, Goku has the Kaio-ken as one of his special moves, and he is able to use it even in his Super Saiyan form. In Super Dragon Ball Z, Goku is able to use Super Kaio-ken by transforming into a Super Saiyan and then using Kaio-ken.
Super Saiyan is superior because kaioken has the side affect of strain and as king Kai said "total obliteration" while in super saiyan it multiplies the saiyans strength several times and the strain is minimal to non existent.
The same power and speed, but the Ssj transformation alters the body to allow for the stress and strain of the increased power, while the Kaiou-ken increases the power, but doesn't adjust the body to compensate.
did you know the highest multiplier in the history of dragon ball for kaioken as far as numbers go was in dragon ball z movie 4 which is the lord slug. movie in that movie goku uses kaioken times 100.. that's right goku tapped to the power of a benjamin to do kaio ken times 100.
One way to put it is that the False Super Saiyan transformation occurs when a Saiyan has the required physical power but lacks the required mental strife to transform into a Super Saiyan.
Super Kaio-ken is a combination of the Super Saiyan transformation and the Kaio-ken technique that is only possible when one is deceased.
Anyone can learn how to use Kaioken in theory. However, it's a very difficult move to control let alone master. Despite training with King Kai for a long time, Yamcha, Piccolo, and Tien couldn't use Kaio Ken at all. Remember, these guys are some of the toughest fighters from Earth!
Re: Why didn't anyone else adopt Kaio-Ken? As mentioned, King Kai himself couldn't even do the technique properly. Goku is the only character in the series shown to master the technique, and since Goku is by far the most skilled fighter, I think that tells us the other characters simply wouldn't be able to learn it.
He is not boundless, there is a slight chance but it's very unlikely This video scales xeno goku well. This video, I explain How strong is Xeno Goku, CC Goku, Jump Force Goku, Dragon Ball GT Goku, Dragon Ball Z Goku, Dragon Ball Super Goku, and God Fusion Goku...
Goku was stated to be stronger than he was in Battle of Gods Saga in his base form (a.k.a. Saiyan Beyond God) during the U7 vs U6 tournament therefore he is Tier 3-B: Multi-Galaxy level even if he is not still Universe level yet.
According to Old Kai in Dragon Ball Super using Kaio-ken alongside Super Saiyan is almost impossible or rather lethal because the intense emotional turmoil caused by the Super Saiyan transformation would not allow precise ki control to survive the technique.
