By default, the grid is disabled but can be turned on by clicking the Grid button. Each section of the grid measures 150 meters in width by 150 meters in length.
Maps are either generated procedurally from a size (1 to 8 km²) and seed (31bit integer value) through the server's command line parameters or are a non-procedurally generated custom map (HapisIsland, SavasIsland_koth, CraggyIsland). The Oxide extension Rust:IO has been used to generate the maps below.
The smallest should be 4km^2, while the largest is 64km^2."
Map Size: 52:11 minutes from end to end!
Press G to open up your current map once you're in a game. You can see the different biomes, roads, rivers, lakes, and Monuments. Every map is an island, and you will always spawn on the beach. One of the most useful things about the Rust map is the grid overlay.
Rust queue is a data structure that is used to store the elements, queue in Rust works in an FIO manner that means first in first out. This standard queue is available inside the rust collection library, and the queue is a linear data structure.
Maps are usually random through procedural generation, but there is also an official pre-made map (Savas) and custom community maps through modding.
Constant durations::HOUR[−][src]
1 hour (60*60 = 3 600 seconds). Note that it's different from UTC hour, which can be 3559-3661 seconds long.

Each map is around 64 KM². In comparison, Chernarus in DayZ is around 225 km2 and it looks like the map size in Rust can vary and from what I can tell from a quick Google search, "The default map is 16km^2. The smallest should be 4km^2, while the largest is 64km^2."
Currently the official team size is limited to 8 within the game and simply reducing that to 2 or 3 will not stop teaming up using methods outside of the game.
Rust Total Registered Players
In 2022, Rust recorded a total of 15 million total registered players.
Rust is a small multiplayer map featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, based on the campaign mission "Endgame". Rust is also available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Mobile. On Modern Warfare, it was added as part of the Season Two content for the game.
Any map size 4250 or larger should have a single railway in the shape a ring going around the entire island. This is just a tech test / proof of concept for now, so there's no official gameplay element to it yet.

Rust loading times can also be caused by low RAM. Rust uses a lot of RAM, and if your computer doesn't have large amounts of it, running other applications in the background can have a major impact on its speed. One way to ensure your device has the accessories you need is to build your own gaming PC.
Sometimes things change to suit new software and graphics drivers' requirements. If you are still using an outdated graphics card driver, that should be why Rust takes so long to load on your computer. To solve the problem, you need to update your graphics card driver to the latest version.
In general, a full day should be 1 hour, with daylight for 45 minutes and night time 15.
Rust receives forced wipes monthly. This deletes everything players have created from the server.
The recoil pattern per weapon, although pretty consistent from spray to spray, seems to have a little RNG variability both horizontally and vertically. This means they are similar each time, but also have some randomness.
