After Roger travels back to 18th-century Scotland with Claire and Brianna, her daughter with Jamie, he marries Brianna. They have a son, Jeremiah "Jemmy" Fraser MacKenzie, and a daughter, Amanda MacKenzie.
It turns out that they do have another baby. It's some time while they're in the past, and they name their new son David William Ian Fraser MacKenzie. He's known as “Wee Davy” or “Davy” for short.
Claire and Jamie only have two biological children together: Faith and Brianna. Faith was the stillborn baby in France. Mother Hildegarde baptized the child despite it being against the law, and Jamie never got to see her.
Roger is the father of Bree's baby in Outlander
The Outlander Season 6 finale included the lice scene. It wasn't quite the same way as the books, but it was still a great way to make it clear that Jemmy and Roger are related by blood. After cutting Jemmy's hair to get rid of the lice, Bree saw a mole.
“He's about 25,” Gabaldon said. It's an interesting response. If you're up to date on the series, then you know that Jamie is not dead at the age of 25.
It's possible that Amelie's sister is the one who gives birth to the line that leads to Claire. Fergus will still be an ancestor but not a direct ancestor and that would mean Laoghaire isn't one of Claire's ancestor.
As a result, Marsali takes on much of the physical labor of tending the whisky still and minding the animals, as well as caring for her four young children, cooking, and cleaning, while Fergus seeks out odd jobs that take him away from home for extended periods, like acting as messenger or translator.
Murtagh is often mistaken for Jamie's father, but he is actually his kindly godfather. He is not married and hasn't fathered any children.
Rob Cameron, one of Brianna's coworkers, kidnaps Jem, and it appears that he has taken Jem into the past. Roger and William travel through time to find them, but Rob appears at Brianna's home and orders her to tell Jem to disclose the location of the gold.
When Jemmy holds the stone, it feels incredibly hot. It's so hot, it breaks in his hands. The stone is hot to the touch for Claire, Bree, and Roger, too. It's cold when Ian or Jamie hold it.
He may never have called Jamie “Dad,” but Jamie has been the only father figure he's ever known. He's always looked up to Jamie, and this moment shows that Jamie continues to respect Fergus and call him family. There are sadly some who wouldn't view adopted sons and daughters in the same way as biological ones.
Season 4, Episode 9 “The Birds and The Bees” – Part 1
This is without a doubt, the best Jamie dad moment in the series — the moment he meets his and Claire's daughter, Brianna. It's one of those scenes that even if your heart is made of ice, it will melt. And you will cry. Go on watch it, try not to cry.
Geneva Dunsany was the daughter of Lord and Lady Dunsany, who reside at the Helwater estate. She blackmailed Jamie Fraser into a one-night stand, which resulted in their illegitimate child, William Ransom.
Claire asks Lord John if he believes she (and Brianna and Roger) are from the future, to which he says that he doesn't, but that he will behave for all appearances as though he does.
A security guard finds Jemmy in a tunnel under Loch Errochty, but is shot by another man, presumably Cameron's accomplice.
See, before her wedding, Jocasta signed over ownership of River Run to baby Jemmy so that Duncan Innes wouldn't have any claim to it; Jocasta was the estate's guardian until Jemmy came of age.
Brianna Invents a Leg-Saving Syringe.
If you're wondering whether Jamie's leg gets amputated, the answer is, thankfully, no. And it's all because Brianna ingeniously invented a syringe using a hollowed-out snake tooth.
We see Jocasta with her husband and youngest daughter, fleeing the Highlands after the Jacobites have been defeated at the Battle Of Culloden. They have a run-in with a couple of English soldiers, which ends with Jocasta's daughter, Morna, being killed. We also learn that her other two daughters later die.
Jocasta is Ellen's sister and has loved Murtagh from afar for decades, knowing that he was always in love with another. In the final episode of season four the pair came together, uniting a couple that were never united in the books and setting the television show on a brand new path.
William Buccleigh MacKenzie is the illegitimate son of Dougal MacKenzie and Geillis Duncan, and was raised by William John and Sarah MacKenzie. He and his wife emigrated to America with their infant son, Jeremiah.
Following the release of the first episode, fans were quick to share their love for Jamie and Murtagh's friendship. One viewer asked: “What was the word that Jamie says to Murtagh in Gaelic and it's meaning?” Another explained that “ghoistidh” means godfather.
Henri-Christian is born as the fourth child of Fergus and Marsali. He is a dwarf and some of the residents of Fraser's Ridge believe he is a punishment for his parents' sins.
Unable to sleep, Claire heads to Colum's library to borrow a book, and ends up eavesdropping on a conversation between Colum and Dougal. She discerns that Dougal has gotten Laoghaire pregnant.
Who is Fergus Fraser's real dad in Outlander? French businessman and merchant The Comte St. Germain (Stanley Weber) is revealed to be Fergus' father.
