In Superman All Star when he was supercharged by being in direct contact with the sun, his limit was found to be 200 Quintillion tons, which would put Superman's maximum lift limit is 66.67 Quintillion tons when not under the effect, but he felt like he could do more, so that shows he's not actually straining himself ...

Strength. Shazam gets his immense god-like strength from the demigod Hercules who is widely known for his numerous feats of strength. By invoking Hercules's power, Shazam can lift over 100 tons.
Superman can lift 2 billion tons and Godzilla weighs 90,000 tons. So yes Superman can carry Godzilla.
Captain Marvel, aka Shazam, is one of the most powerful heroes DC has to offer. He's on Superman's level, though Shazam's powers are derived from magic. However, being powerful is not what makes Shazam worthy of Mjolnir. In fact, Shazam is not the one who is worthy of the hammer; Billy Batson is.
