Eddie Brock (Venom) is able to bench press about 300 lbs, and with the symbiotic suit Venom can lift about one-two ton(s).
It became clear just how strong Carnage was when he was able to take down both Spider-Man and Venom together with ease. While simply bonded to Kasady, Carnage can reportedly lift somewhere around 80 tons, but (for reasons we'll explain later) that's not even close to his limit.

In fact, the comics have put Superman's strength at a point where he's able to lift around 2 billion tons! To put that into perspective, the Empire State Building is only 365,000 tons!
The Hulk: 11 million lb.
In the MCU, he's rarely seen lifting solid objects; he usually winds up smashing them instead.
While not superhuman, he is nearly as strong as a human being can become. He can lift (press) a maximum of 750 pounds with supreme effort. Abilities: An accomplished gymnast and acrobat, T'Challa is also an expert tracker. In addition, he has mastered various African martial arts.
According to official Marvel Database, Captain America's full limits of strength is lifting up to 1,200 lbs with maximum effort, which gives him the ability to knock out Thunderball who possessed superhuman durability and also lift merge hulk. It's enhanced strength, but not at the superhuman level.
