If Ana hits an ally, each shot will heal 70 HP, and it will slowly fill up over a period of approximately 0.85 seconds. Hitting a full-health ally will cause the shot to pass though without leaving a healing effect.
Weapons & Abilities. Biotic Rifle: Ana's primary weapon. It carries fifteen rounds in a single clip and is able to affect both teams, healing allies for 70 HP and dealing 70 damage to enemies.

Aim For The Body
Ana's Biotic Rifle can not deal critical hits when hitting the enemy's weak point. This means that the damage or healing of her main attack will deal the same damage or heal the same amount regardless of where you hit the target.
According to master overwatch, the average Ana has 782 healing/min in comp games. Like everyone else has said though, it really depends on team comp and map. You can break 1k per minute with a good team and not have to sacrifice using utility to do it. I have 7,4k in gold but i wouldn't say i am a good ana.
5 Moira And Ana
Ana is also one of the strongest healers in raw numbers, similar to Mercy, which can compensate in case Moira isn't healing as much. They're also both capable fighters on their own, so the healers won't exactly be endangered, especially considering Ana doesn't need to get close to heal anyone.
As an enemy sniper closed in on her squad, Ana took the shot... and realized that she was aiming at Amelie LaCroix, the wife of Gerard LaCroix, one of Ana's colleagues. Ana hesitated, couldn't take the shot, and Widowmaker shot her in the face. She lost her eye, and also her ability to keep fighting the good fight.
Ana uses her Biotic Rifle to shoot allies in order to heal them. In contrast with other healers present in the game, Ana does healing over time (HoT). In other words, whenever she shoots a teammate this character will receive a small quantity of healing over a short period of time.
She is the stronger and more versatile hero by a good margin. Assuming you are genuinely aiming to “get good” with one of them, Ana will take you further. Moira is easier to pick up but a weaker hero all-round. That is of course, if you're set on just learning one hero.
Fareeha Amari is the daughter of Ana Amari, one of Overwatch's founders and a world-class sniper. She was taught by Ana how to fight and how to protect her loved ones.

The Overwatch comic "Legacy" explains that Ana had the opportunity to take out Widowmaker during a mission, but hesitated when she recognized the person she was aiming at. This mistake cost her dearly, as Widowmaker then shot Ana in her eye and left her mortally wounded.
A founding member of Overwatch and once renowned as the greatest sniper in the world, Ana Amari comes from a long line of decorated military veterans.
Sam first appeared in the comic Tracer: Reflections, but went unnamed in it, and was only confirmed to be Pharah's father by Michael Chu later. His first name was revealed even later at BlizzCon 2017. A younger Sam is depicted in Ana's Uprising exclusive spray "Newborn".
He used to be a cop who lived in a bungalow in Echo Park with his wife Martina and their son. He still thinks of Martina often, and it's why he wears a mask and the name Reaper.
A technical marvel and loyal combatant, Orisa stands ready to protect and fight for her home of Numbani. Being a new robotic construction during the events of Overwatch (2076), Orisa technically remains the "youngest" hero in the game.
Though the majority of the story focused on the relationship between Ana and Soldier: 76, there's another relationship explored—one between a younger Soldier: 76, then called Jack Morrison, and a man named Vincent. Bastet confirms that Soldier: 76 is Overwatch's second gay character.
But Widowmaker is perhaps most notorious for her assassination of the Shambali leader, Tekhartha Mondatta at a rally for peace in King's Row.
In Deathmatch, Ana can use Nano boost on herself (since she has no allies to use it on).
Type of Hero
Ana Amari is one of the main protagonists and playable characters in the video game Overwatch. She is an Egyptian bounty hunter and a member of the original Overwatch, as well as the mother of Pharah. She is voiced by Aysha Selim.
Widowmaker is a perfect counter for Ana as she can quickly take her head while focusing on healing her allies by shooting biotic bullets at them. The former can use her gun as an automatic weapon as well, which can burst down the latter in mere seconds.
Who heals more Ana or Mercy? She isn't always the best choice, which is why some Moiras, Annas and Lucios can outheal her in tank-heavy deathball comps, but if we're talking about who the best healer is in general, it is without a doubt Mercy.
1. Bennett. A Pyro 4-star Healer and buffer who has long been considered one of the best Supports in the game. His Elemental Burst, Fantastic Voyage, grants healing and an ATK buff to active characters standing in it, and his skill's low cooldown provides an option for shield breaking.
