The finale took place five years after the penultimate episode, according to Jared Padalecki, placing the timeline in 2025. By this point, Dean would have to be 46-years-old, leaving that as his final age. In Heaven, he met Sam about 25 years after his death, meaning Dean would have been 71 had he lived until then.
Dean is 26 years old when the series begins and has been allowed by John to hunt by himself. In the first episode, Dean goes to Sam (who is away at college), whom he hasn't seen for a few years, and asks for help finding John, who has gone missing.
Considering he mentally lived out decades in Hell, by Supernatural season 15, Dean could be seen as an old man at age 81.
Season 15, Episode 20, "Carry On"
After so many years of fighting, it seemed like there was only one way the story could end. This idea turned out to be correct when it came to Dean, who died in the series finale when he was impaled on a piece of rebar.
Dean plays Patrick where he buys in with 50 years, redeeming 25 to undo Bobby's aging, but he ultimately loses. Remembering the ritual Patrick cast on the poker chips, Dean and Sam try to steal the chips, but fail.
Before dying, John tells Dean, if he can't save Sam, he'll have to kill him, should he become evil. The fourth season episode "On the Head of a Pin" reveals that the demon Alastair tortured John in Hell for over a century, with John refusing the demon's offer to stop if he himself would torture someone else.
Dean Winchester (formerly) - As a Knight of Hell and with the Mark of Cain, he is virtually immortal. Unless he transfers the mark to someone else, and is killed by The First Blade, Dean will never die neither by natural or supernatural means.
Eileen Leahy - Sam's final love (Season 15)
Eileen Leahy (Shoshannah Stern) first showed up in Season 11's “Into The Mystic”, only to be killed a year later (“There's Something About Mary”).
In fact, the duo have died — and been resurrected — over an astounding 100 times, proving that you just can't keep a Winchester down.
After years of sacrificing himself for his family, it felt sort of anticlimactic when Dean died by accident in the field. Rather than some macho-heroic death or some world-ending mission (he'd been on plenty of those before, and even died in a few), Dean was impaled while fighting a masked vampire.
Emma Winchester is the daughter of Dean Winchester and Lydia. She is an Amazon warrior, trained to kill her father, but she refuse to go through it and was accepted by her family. She is very close to Cassandra.
In the series finale, after Dean dies, Sam leaves the bunker behind for good, taking their dog, Miracle, with him. Over the years, Sam has a family and a son, whom he named after his brother, grows old and dies of natural causes.

When Dean had first met Ben Dean considered the possibility that Ben might actually be his son. Lisa confirmed to Dean that Ben wasn't his son and his similarities to him was due to her 'type' that she hooked up with that Dean had fallen under.
Dean is four years older than Sam and was always told from a young age to "watch out for Sammy". When a demon killed their mother, it was Dean who carried baby Sam out of the house.
I had a long text from Jared. He was really bummed out and my heart just sank." As for how he felt about Jared's tweet, Jensen said: "That could have been a step that was avoided but he did it and it happened. I wish he had just called me and said, 'Yo dude, why didn't you tell me you were doing this?
Dean Winchester (deceased; soul exists in Heaven) - He is the oldest son of John and Mary, the older brother of Sam, and the older paternal half-brother of Adam.
Dean Winchester trumps Sam in terms of confirmed kills, taking the scalps of four major Supernatural villains compared to Sam's one, whilst also boasting a generally more impressive trail of bodies across the entire show.

Sam's Cause of Death: Stabbed by Jake Talley, another one of Azazel's special children.
After retiring from hunting to be with her family, Mary was killed by the Demon Azazel exactly six months after Sam was born, which spurred John into becoming a hunter to kill Azazel in revenge and raising their sons as hunters as well.
Dean tells Lisa "you knew what you signed up for". Lisa replies, "I did, but I didn't expect Sam to come back". She knew their relationship was "over the moment Sam walked in the door", and tells Dean how weird his and Sam's relationship is. With Sam, Dean can never be happy.

This one is a bit of a doozy, but the answer is yes. Dean accidentally conceived a child with Lydia, an Amazon who had a one-night stand with the Winchester brother in order to have a child. The child, Emma, was born two days after conception and grows up ridiculously fast.
Dean later briefly possessed a pair of Black Eyes while he was a Demon. Since separating from Sam, his appearance has become more scruffy and unshaven; his hair has also grown out a bit. In Let the Good Times Roll, Dean gains a pair of Angel's Wings due to his status as Apocalypse World Michael's current vessel.
Finally apologizing, Sam tells his brother, “I should've looked for you when you were in purgatory.” Sam never forgave himself for that. But Dean's forgiven him.
Mark of Cain Dean
One of the strongest versions of Dean Winchester we've come across is the Mark of Cain version. Yes, he certainly struggled with the lust to kill that the mark gave him, especially when joined with the First Blade, but we also saw the inner strength that Dean possesses.
