Book #7, It's In His Kiss, jumps ahead to the 8th and youngest of the Bridgerton offspring, Hyacinth, who is 22 years old when the story opens.
Gregory Bridgerton - 13 Years Old
He doesn't have a prominent role in Bridgerton so far, but has been shown playing with and teasing his sister Hyacinth. Born in 1801, Gregory is 12 during Bridgerton season 1 and 13 during season 2. His actor, Will Tilson, was born in 2007 and is 15.
Gregory is the youngest Bridgerton son. So far, he mostly appears in fights with his younger sister, Hyacinth. As the pair establish during a dinner squabble in season one, Gregory may be older, but Hyacinth is taller.
In the show, the Bridgerton kids and their friends range from 11 to 31 years old. But many of the actors are significantly older than their characters.
Eloise and Phillip have three children: Penelope, Georgiana, and Frederick.
Eloise Bridgerton age
The second daughter of Lady Bridgerton, Eloise, who is already thinking and worrying about her path to marriage, is just 18 years old in the show. Actress Claudia Jessie, however, is 14 years old than her Bridgerton character at the age of 32.
Poppy is cousin to Billie and niece of Viscount and Lady Bridgerton. Book four, First Comes Scandal focuses on Georgiana Bridgerton. Georgie is sister to Edmund and Billie.
In the book, Hyacinth falls for Lady Danbury's grandson, Gareth St. Clair, after they work together on translating his old family diary written in Italian.
History. Lord and Lady Cowper and Cressida were invited to a formal dinner at the Featherington estate when Jack began to express interest in marrying Cressida. Lady Cowper was thrilled when it became clear that he intended to make Cressida his wife.
Daphne Bridgerton and Simon Hastings
Ultimately, however, The Duke and I see them as a match made in heaven. The pair not only stay together, but they also go on to have five children.
Francesca is the sixth Bridgerton child. Though Daphne is the fourth Bridgerton child, her story is told in the first book of the series, The Duke and I. Unsurprisingly, the Netflix show changed several details from the source material with Bridgerton, including the order.
He's 26 years old and needs to find a purpose. His brother suggests he marry, but Gregory is one of the few men who readily believes in true love.
Gareth was the younger son of the Lord St Clair and clearly not the favorite child. It's safe to say even that his father hated him, had it out for him, tortured him and even disowned him once he hit an age where he would be able to manage on his own.
Edwina is 17 in the "Bridgerton" book that inspired the second season, and while it's likely that she's the same in the show, it's possible Netflix adjusted her age, as they did Kate's. Kate is younger in the book — around 21 — which would make Edwina about 22 years old if their age gap remained consistent.
Early Life. Hyacinth never met her father, Edmund, as he died just three weeks before she was born. She is nonetheless loved by her mother and her older siblings.
The subject is taken from Ovid's Metamorphoses (Book X) and relates the fatal outcome of the love of the god Apollo for the mortal Hyacinthus. According to this classical tale, Hyacinthus died as a result of his own clumsiness when he threw a discus during a competition, wounding himself mortally in the head.
Over time Eloise spends more one-on-one time with Phillip and his twins and gets to know the family. Her elder brother eventually catches them getting cosy and demands the pair wed to protect her honour.
According to Greek mythology hyacinth got its name when a young boy named Hyacinth was killed when a discus hit him in the head during a game. A hyacinth sprang from the cut in his head as he lay in the arms of the god Apollo, who was wailing in grief.
In author Julia Quinn's Bridgerton book series, Kate and Anthony welcome four children: Edmund, Miles, Charlotte and Mary. They also have a dog named Newton.
Georgiana "Georgie" Rokesby (née Bridgerton) is the younger sister of Billie and Edmund Bridgerton. She is also the wife of Nicholas Rokesby.
She was heartbroken by Edmund's death, and consoled herself with the hope that she would give birth to a boy that she would name after Edmund. Violet instead gave birth to a girl, but loved her daughter from the moment she was born.
“Being autistic underpins literally everything about me, what I eat, where I go, who I'm friends with, what I'm interested in, what's hard for me,” Eloise explains, “My biggest thing was that I wanted to get across in the book was that I have this brain, and because I'm autistic, this is how I view the world.
This is because, in her words, Eloise doesn't have a “regular brain at all”. She's neurodivergent – specifically, she is autistic with ADHD. In Obsessive, Intrusive, Magical Thinking, Eloise invites us with her on a deep-dive into her life, interests and fears, all through the lens of her neurodivergent mind.
Eloise does not become pregnant in Quinn's second book, but she does become a stepmum in the fifth book titled To Sir Phillip, With Love, where she is considered a “spinster” because she is unmarried at the age of 28.
