In God of War Ragnarök, it's likely that Kratos is around 1,055 years old. He's something of an old man, but as a demigod, he is still more than young enough to hold his own and then some in battle. Unfortunately, this is based on maths and educated guesses. Kratos's age is never told in the games.
We estimate that Kratos is 1050 years old in God of War Ragnarok based on the dates of two events: The destruction of Sparta by an earthquake in 464 BC. The volcanic winter of 536 AD.
Based on those two dates, and assuming that Kratos is in his 30's at the time of God Of War I, then it can be estimated that Kratos age is ~1050 years old by the start of God of War (2018).
Is Kratos immortal? Yes, he is. Not only is he a god so he cannot die from age, but he also just refuses to die. Even when killed previously by Ares (GOW 1) and Zeus (GOW2), he destroys the hands of death and walks out of the underworld.
It is documented that Greek gods grow stronger with age, and audiences have seen that with the sheer power and invulnerability of Old Kratos. As such, Old Kratos would win based on age.
Because of absorbing Cronus's power while inside him, the older a god is the stronger they are seen, though other factors like intense training or powerful items may off-set this. As such Hestia is seen as the naturally strongest, followed by Poseidon, then Hades, then Demeter and lastly Hera.
Thanks to a God of War III special feature, fans now know that Kratos is approximately 8'0'' tall, a staggering height for the God Slayer. Prior to this, non-canon suggestions estimated that Kratos stood between 6'0'' and 7'0'', depending on appearances.
Believe it or not, we actually know exactly how tall Kratos is thanks to this oddly detailed technical breakdown video from Santa Monic Studio's Axel Grossman. Kratos is exactly six feet and four inches tall (or about 1.93 meters, if that helps) in God of War: Ragnarok.
Is Odin older than Kratos? Kratos is too old and weary to fight like he once did when he was the God of War. Zeus possesses more power than Odin, yet Kratos defeated him. Lol Thor and especially Odin are much much older than Kratos.
Kratos is technically mortal, despite being a demigod; it can be assumed that a demigod represents the strongest kind of mortal, as many different examples are given of demigods performing superhuman tasks (e.g. Hercules, Theseus, etc.)

Kratos' Backstory in God of War
While he wouldn't know it for most of his life, Kratos was a demigod as he is the son of Zeus, but he would later become a full-on god, the God of War to be precise, after killing Ares.

Hercules is the older half-brother of Kratos, and shares many similarities with him. Both warriors mercilessly killed their wife and children under the influence of gods (Hera for Hercules; Ares for Kratos), having been forced to serve Olympus for a number of years in order to hopefully gain redemption.
Initially, the name John Kratos was nothing more than a joke shared on Twitter by The Guardian's gaming editor, Keza MacDonald. But as is the case with so much internet content these days, it soon gained its own lifeforce, eventually leading to PlayStation canonising the name.

Someone with similar body composition and a good workout in later age probably can look like him, what is most impressive is that developers pretty realistically show his old body. I mean someone who was in good shape in later age if he continues to train and watch out what eat, usually will look like Kratos.

Kratos is not immortal, but the power he has from the gods means he is nearly impossible to kill and ages far slower than any normal person, which makes Kratos' age difficult to determine.
While there is still debate online that Kratos is 8 feet tall or taller, the character models used by the developers disprove that he was never that tall in the games. In God of War's Greek era, Kratos is 7' 6”, whereas, in God of War's Norse era, he is 6' 4”.
So, while Kratos has been getting progressively weaker with each new entry, this is only part of the series' plot progression.
