Despite being composed of bone and hellfire, the Ghost Riders possess formidable superhuman strength, enough to easily pick up a truck and hurl it across a road. It has been stated that Johnny Blaze as Ghost Rider can press around 25 tons (50,000 lbs) (or more as seen in World War Hulk).
Marvel Comics recently revealed the All-Rider, the most powerful Ghost Rider variant. This new iteration makes a case for being the most powerful Avenger in the multiverse, but he does have some competition. Many Ghost Rider variants exist in the comics, including some MCU fans likely want to keep on their radar.
Thanos is more powerful than Ghost Rider and would easily win in a battle. Thanos is stronger, faster, and more durable than Ghost Rider and has more varied powers and abilities, and with them, he can easily counter everything Ghost Rider can throw at him.

Hell's Ride, Drain Soul, and Penance Stare are some of the best hero card abilities of Ghost Rider you should equip. Ghost Rider has some of the best high-damaging cards, which can help the player to defeat enemies.
With that said, the Ghost Rider does have a weakness. Any weapon crafted in Heaven itself or blessed by a holy source can mutilate the Spirit of Vengeance. There is also the fact that the host can be separated from the Spirit, which means that the Rider will remain dormant until another host is found.
I think Odin wins this fight with Mid to High difficulty. He is a powerful Multiversal+ Immortal God who has a whole bunch of OP feats and abilities that places him well above the likes of Ghostrider.
Cosmic Ghost Rider commands even greater power. This Frank Castle variant not only functions as the Spirit of Vengeance's avatar, but he also possesses the Power Cosmic. The omnipotent power Galactus bestowed on him gives him agency over matter, energy, and reality to some extent. It also heightens the Penance Stare.
Due to his status as a multiversel constant the infinity stones will not affect him in the slight and as a result the rider has a much better chance to mop the floor with Thanos.
