The Netherlands
Dutch people are the tallest people in the world. They have an average height of 175.62 cm (5 feet 7.96 inches). The Netherlands' King Willem-Alexander is 183 cm tall and Queen Maxim is 178 cm tall.
Changes in Boys
They tend to grow most quickly between ages 12 and 15. The growth spurt of boys is, on average, about 2 years later than that of girls. By age 16, most boys have stopped growing, but their muscles will continue to develop.
6′10 is so much rarer than that. Among men alone, assuming a 5′8 worldwide average, the rarity of that height is literally one in a million. If you're talking about western countries where average male height ranges from 5′9 to 6′0, the rarity of a 6′10 person would range from 1/200000 to 1/3000.
Is the height of 174 cm considered average or tall for Indian men? Without going into statistics, 174 or 5′ 8″ will fall into the upper end of the average band. Today a 5′9″ man can possibly be considered tall, but that is starting point of the band.
The expected average height of a healthy population should be 163 cm for women and 176.5 cm for men – as defined by the WHO growth reference standards. Interestingly, the global average height is 159.5 cm for women, and 171 cm for men – it's lower than we'd expect.
