Grey Hulk is a personality of Bruce Banner and an alternative to the more savage Green Hulk. Unlike the green Hulk, this version speaks in proper English and is often sarcastic. This Hulk has control over himself. While he is very powerful, he is not as powerful as Green Hulk.
The Savage Hulk ( aka Hulk Classic ), starts off in the 60 ton strength range, and as he gets angrier, he goes well past the 100 ton range. The Gray Hulk aka Joe Fixit, is stuck at the 40 ton range, due to the fact of him not being able to get angrier & stronger like the classic Hulk.
Remember that Gray Hulk might be the weakest version of the Hulk of all-time but there was one other time that Hulk went gray after that original appearance. This was when he turned into Mr. Fixit.

IN THE COMICS, Hulk's jet crash lands on the planet of Sakaar. That leaves him weak and unable to fight back to his full potential, which makes him vulnerable enough to have an obedience disk implanted in his skin. He is quickly made to be a servant to the Red King.

However, just because Ghost Rider doesn't have any reason to kill the Green Goliath doesn't mean he can't, as hellfire is revealed to be the one thing that can actually kill the Hulk–and the Hulk himself confirmed it.
Cyclops' brother, Havok, is one of the few Marvel superheroes who can defeat the Hulk in a fair fight. Alex Summers aka Havok may not be as popular as his more famous brother, but he is easily one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel Universe.
