Wear anti-chafing bands

Rub your thighs with some deodorant
Rubbing some deodorant in your thighs at the start of the day is a great way to prevent chafing. The texture of deodorant can prevent rubbing between your thighs. Aluminium deodorants work best.
Dried sweat, chemicals, dirt, and other debris may cause irritation. Use petroleum jelly or baby powder on chafed areas until the skin heals. You can also use these before activities to prevent chafing in easily irritated areas, for example, on your inner thighs or upper arms before running.
Protect Your Skin

How can I prevent and treat inner-thigh chafing? Of all the different forms of chafing, the inner-thigh variety is probably the most common. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends using petroleum jelly. Cover the irritated skin and any blisters with a small amount of petroleum jelly.

According to the American Academy of Dermatology Association, petroleum jelly can help heal minor wounds and prevent chafing. A person can simply apply petroleum jelly to problem areas such as the thighs.

A small amount is more than enough to help stop chafing whether you're at work or outside walking around.
