Translation: 'O Allah, indeed, I ask You for Your love and the love of those who love You, and for the action that will cause me to attain Your love, O Allah, make Your love more beloved to me than myself, my family and cold water.
There are three components of gratitude: (1) Thanking Allah by humbling our hearts to Him. (2) Thanking Allah by acknowledging His favours and praising Him with our tongues. (3) Thanking Allah by using all of our body parts to obey Him.
Say to the captives in your hands: 'If Allah finds any goodness in your hearts He will give you that which is better than what has been taken away from you, and He will forgive you. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. '
Chapter (40) sūrat ghāfir (The Forgiver God)
Sahih International: And He shows you His signs. So which of the signs of Allah do you deny? Pickthall: And He showeth you His tokens.
When Allah ﷻ said: “I test only those I love.” I took the Pain like it was an Honor. Prophet ﷺ said, “When Allah loves a servant, He tests him,” [Tirmidhi].
Islamic teachings affirm that Allah listens to the sincere prayers of His believers. Therefore, reciting a Dua for love and marriage, such as “Ya Jami'u (O The Gatherer), I ask of You to unite me with the one I love in holy matrimony,” becomes an emotional appeal.
Saying a dua to instil love in someone's heart will make them fully committed to you if your relationship isn't already. Recite the dua to make someone love you unconditionally, and you will see the result. Someone will express their sentiments and adore you without conditions.
The secret to making du'a is to display one's dire need of Allah (ʿazza wa jall), with utmost humility, desperation and dependence. At his highest point of victory, we witness nothing but humility and turning to Allah (ʿazza wa jall) in desperate need.
Regular prayer and recitation of the Quran serve as a reminder of our purpose in life and the values and principles that we should strive to uphold. These acts of worship allow us to communicate with Allah and seek His guidance and blessings.
Anyone who swears an oath should either do so by Allah
[He should swear by the name of Allah, not by the Prophet or anything else which is esteemed in the Shari'a or one of His attributes, like Oneness, timelessness and existence.]

The literal meaning of Mashallah is "God has willed it", in the sense of "what God has willed has happened"; it is used to say something good has happened, used in the past tense. Inshallah, literally "if God has willed", is used similarly but to refer to a future event.
Although the common Arabic word for "thanks" is shukran (شُكْرًا), Jazāk Allāhu Khayran is often used by Muslims instead, in the belief that Allah's reward is superior. The common response to Jazāk Allāhu Khayran is wa ʾiyyāk (وَإِيَّاكَ), or wa ʾiyyākum (وَإِيَّاكُمْ) for plural, which means "and to you".
