Sister sizing takes a 32C and makes it equivalent to a 34B and a 30D too! This gives you so much more scope to explore the world of lingerie styles, sizes and more. Sister Sizes usually run in opposite directions with one-size shifts.
Is a 32c cup big or small? It's equivalent to 34B or 36A. You have a small ribcage and average sized breasts that will look larger because you are narrow through the ribcage. So you aren't big or small.

The smallest bra size is generally 28AA, but some places (particularly specialist retailers) will produce AAA cups. 28AA means that the bra band is 28 inches and the bust is less than one inch larger than the ribcage.
Generally, the A cup is considered the smallest available but for some this is still too big and compensating with a smaller band size won't help. If you want something that's going to fit your form you'll have to go down a level to an AA or even AAA cup.
If C cups are the midpoint or medium breast size indicator on the cup size scale, then D cups mark the transition towards larger breasts and DD cups are the exact opposite of A cups.
When people talk about breast size, they often describe it in terms of bra size. The average bra size in the United States is 34DD.
A 32D has a bigger cup than a 32C. The width is supposed to be the same. Thus, depending on personal comfort, brand, or material, you may use 32C or 32D.
When our participants were asked what their ideal breast size would be, the C cup was considered the most popular, with 39% choosing it above other sizes. In second place, was the D cup, which was the first choice of 29% of people who completed our survey.
Large Sizes
38-50 B and above cup sizes. Women in these sizes have a "plus size" figure and typically wear a women's dress size of 14+.
Asian and African nations have the smallest, with predominantly B and A cup sizes being most common. Australia is way down the list: in 2020, the most common Australian bra sizes are reported to be 14C and 12D, and while this is the average across all ages, there really is no such thing as the “average” woman.
Is C Cup Bigger Than an A Cup? The C cup is two cup sizes bigger than the A cup. The bust measurements of C cups are two inches bigger than A cups.
If your bust size is less than 1 inch bigger than your band size, you're a cup size AA. 1-inch difference = A. 2-inch difference = B. 3-inch difference = C.
