So yes it is possible but they would not be average by any means. An average male under 120 kg's could most definitely do a 300 kg raw squat without steroids. Given 2–5 years of training that's definitely attainable.
I don't think anyone would call a 200kg squat elite. It's alright, it looks pretty good in the commercial gym down the road, but it is not a big lift. The good thing for you is you are an intermediate. You can see improvements pretty much weekly, as long as you do it right.
A: The answer to that is yes, but only for deadlift. I think it's because there's a moment in both bench and squat where you unrack, and your frame has to deal with the weight, whereas a deadlift is from the floor, and you are maximally contracting through the whole movement.
possible but only for a few lifters on the planet for the overwhelming majority of lifters this will simply be impossible.

just squating? Yes it's pretty good. A 315lb squat is basically the equivalent of a 225lb bench press. So obviously there are people hitting 30 reps on 315 and 1RM on 600-700lbs for back squat, but a 300lb squat is definitly a respectable number that shows you put in some serious work!!
Except for 265+ lbs class, every class had a lower average than 500 lbs (50% of powerlifters). 265 lbs I'd say was more or less borderline, but lighter classes do not have most of the athletes coming even close to that mark. So, anyone, lighter than 231 lbs and with 500+ lbs Squat is better than average.
The average Squat weight for a male lifter is 287 lb (1RM). This makes you Intermediate on Strength Level and is a very impressive lift. What is a good Squat? Male beginners should aim to lift 141 lb (1RM) which is still impressive compared to the general population.

But for general health, having a double bodyweight, or 415 and 300-pound back squat, is really not required, and it shouldn't even necessarily be your goal. Consider this: The only reason for the lifestyle athlete to hit a double bodyweight squat is because your ego somehow wants to be there.

A raw 405 squat is very impressive as a natural. Now, I've seen people do 4 plates on the Squat, but only for 1RMs or 3RMs, only once have I ever seen a guy do 405 for reps, and he was juicing. Not saying it's something “impossible for mortals” or can't be done or extremely rare. It's just rare.
