Both an empath and narcissist are very sensitive individuals but in different ways. They can activate solutions rather than problems. They can discover and probe matters deeper. Empaths know how to see through us and find why things are going wrong. Rather than dwell on problems empaths seek for answers and possible solutions that will bring success to bear.
