While the first weapon on this list is useful against humans but useless against BTs, the Anti-BT Handgun does nothing against living targets but is incredibly useful against BTs. Think of it as a paintball gun, but the paintballs are made of Sam's blood.
Non-Lethal Assault Rifle
And if you want a gun that packs the hardest punch, then in this case, you're going to want the Assault Rifle. The Non-Lethal Assault Rifle is equally as effective against both BTs and MULEs, and can render both types of enemy helpless and without a leg to stand on.
The Assault Rifle is a very powerful and lethal weapon you can use in Death Stranding. Human enemies are susceptible to its ammo, and it has a fast fire rate, making it the perfect weapon if you want something that can easily kill any human enemy you encounter.
In terms of effectiveness, Lethal Anti-Personnel weapons are much more efficient at clearing out MULEs and other human foes than Non-Lethal Anti-Personnel weapons, though, at the expense of causing more BTs to spawn in areas where enemy blood was shed.
BTs immobilized by Bola Gun strands will eventually break free, but remain visible to Sam even while moving or holding his breath. They will also become stained by Sam's blood and thus vulnerable to other non-hematic weapons.

It can be extracted from Jeremiah Grayson at the end of the quest, which is undoubtedly going to be a massive achievement for players who wanted V to use the gun from Johnny's flashbacks.
South Korea has more than half a million registered guns, but they are not easy to obtain nor are they readily accessible. People in South Korea must first obtain a license from police. If the person purchasing a license has a violent criminal or mental health record, then that person is denied a gun license.

This model is also capable of firing both hematic rounds and gold rounds, making it highly effective against BTs.
A Bridge Baby, abbreviated as BB, is an unborn fetus that has been taken from a stillmother to be used as equipment by Bridges operatives, and some separatist groups, granting them the ability to sense and detect the Beached Things.
According to reports, the first known voidout occurred an unspecified time before the Death Stranding when a doctor attempted to deliver the baby of a brain-dead mother. The operation proceeded normally until the doctor made contact with the baby's umbilical cord.
By performing consistent deliveries and by upgrading an item in the game known as the Power Skeleton, Sam can increase how much weight he can carry. RELATED: Death Stranding: What are BTs?
The Sticky Gun is a tool used by Sam as well as MULEs. It shoots out a large blob of adhesive with a cord attached, allowing for the retrieval of cargo from a distance. When the sticky projectile makes contact with a cargo container, it will slingshot itself toward Sam.
Arguably the best possible boots to obtain, Chiral Boots cannot be fabricated, and are only awarded as a token of appreciation from a specific Prepper.
Some weapons are capable of using different types of ammo, most of the time Normal ammo and Sam's Blood ammo. Lethal Anti-BT: This type of weapon can harm humans and contains ammo made with Sam's blood. It can also harm BTs on its own. Non-Lethal Anti-BT: Another type of weapon contains ammo made with Sam's blood.
If you want to kill a BT, you'll have to wait until you're introduced to another weapon: hematic grenades. These weapons use blood to cut the BTs connection to your world. A single hematic grenade can kill a BT, completely removing it from your current area and turning it to chiral crystals.
How to survive and avoid BTs in Death Stranding. When you know BTs are around, there are two rules to follow to help avoid being spotted - crouching and holding your breath. When the Odradek first kicks in, crouch then continue moving.
Sam's aphenphosmphobia gives him the fear of being touched or connecting with others. Furthermore, his skin bruises when people touch him, hence the handprint-shaped marks all over his body.
Much of the crying in Death Stranding is just a slightly more complex version of the kind of allergies many people experience. Instead of being allergic to cats, dust, or tree pollen, Sam 'Porter' Bridges and many of the primary characters have an allergic response to something called Chiralium.
During Sam's westward expedition, Mama gives Sam cuff links fitted with cord cutters. If he is able to sneak close enough, he can use the cord cutters to sever the umbilical cords of BTs, thus cutting their connection to the world of the living and driving them back to the other side.
The Handgun is the first lethal weapon that you can find in Death Stranding. The big difference that you'll notice right away is that it doesn't use Sam's blood, and can actually kill other humans, which is prohibited in the game.
The members of K-pop band BTS will serve their mandatory military duties under South Korean law, their management company said Monday, effectively ending a debate on exempting them because of their artistic accomplishments.
The so-called “BTS Law'' allows K-pop stars who have been awarded South Korea's Hwagwan Orders of Cultural Merit to apply to postpone their military service until the age of 30.
