Bingo is one of the Heeler family members. She's a daughter of Bandit and Chilli and younger sister of Bluey, a niece of Stripe, Trixie, Radley and Brandy, a cousin of Muffin and Socks and a granddaughter of Bob and Nana.

The theory has been circling fan circuits since the show's first season when Bingo was mysteriously admitted to the hospital in 'Bumpy and the Wise Old Wolfhound' without an explanation. Many believe the reason behind the little pup's hospital visit is Bingo suffering from Celiac disease or a strong gluten intolerance.
Brandy just lies in the grass with arms reaching out to nothing as she has no baby to reach back toward her. It's incredibly, deeply sad. Despite not having any children of her own, Auntie Brandy views her nieces as hers and loves them so powerfully, yet, nothing can quite compare to having a baby of her own.
Just so so much love for this heartfelt storyline, and so moving to read Joe Brumm explaining it so simply. Oderberg reached out to Brumm to settle once and for all what she called the “heated online debate” around the episode. He said yes: “'The Show' indeed does point at Chilli having a miscarriage.”
Jack, one of Bluey's school mates, is portrayed as having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). However, we only come to know - or come to assume - that Jack has this condition based on the way he can't sit still and can't remember his school hat.
“Dad Baby” banned from US Bluey
But the bottom line is, no statement has actually been made from Disney.
Well many viewers felt that the episode, titled "Exercise," exhibited fat shaming. In one scene, Bluey's dad Bandit steps on a bathroom scale then laments about his weight to Bluey's mom, Chilli, who had walked into the room with Bluey's sister.
Kids TV show Bluey has been applauded by parents for tackling the issue around dads who find it hard to share their emotions.

The author reached out to Bluey's creator, Joe Brumm, who confirmed that the famous scene was in fact a nod to Chilli's miscarriage, reports the Gotta Be Done podcast.
Episode 32 of season three (called Onesies) is, on the surface, a look at Bingo's raucous imagination gone haywire, as Chili's estranged sister Brandy finally comes to visit after four years. She arrives with two animal onesies, a cheetah for Bingo and a zebra for Bluey.
He is the first Bluey character that speaks a different language and isn't an aussie. In the French dub, Jean Luc speaks English. he and bluey get married and their all Friends/cousin come to the wedding.
The kids notice, and later, Bluey asks her mum why Brandy seemed sad and why they've only met their aunt once. In true Bluey style, Chilli does not shy away from the truth. She suggests that Brandy is unable to have children of her own.
Some Bluey storylines are more open to interpretation than this one, like the theory that Bluey is a rainbow baby. It turns out that the chatter is true – Brandy cannot have children and it's a reasonable conclusion that she is, in fact, infertile.
Bingo Heeler is one of the main characters of Bluey. Serving the role as a deuteragonist, she is the younger daughter of Bandit and Chilli, the younger sister of Bluey, and niece of Stripe, Trixie, Rad, and Brandy.
The episode was apparently censored by Disney because it included an open discussion of farting.
shaker' listing censored moments from Bluey season 3. Such moments include Bandit (Bluey's dad) getting hit in between the legs, and a depiction of unicorn excrement. The episode 'Family Meeting' was banned entirely, apparently for its use of fart jokes.
A fairly wholesome and hilarious episode, this episode and two others from the first season, “Shaun” and “Teasing,” along with “Flat Pack” from Season 2 were censored due to the use of a racially-insensitive term that could refer to Aboriginal people.
Bluey is an Australian cartoon that aired on October 1, 2018 on ABC Kids in Australia, and aired on September 9, 2019 in the United States on Disney Junior. It also aired on Disney Junior in many countries except in Australia, New Zealand, and China.

The viewer complained the episode included the term “ooga booga” which “has racial connotations and a problematic history for Indigenous Australians”. The two removed episodes were edited to change the dialogue.
Some people theorized this was a genetic trait, but some theorized that Socks was autistic. Despite Bluey having a crib in Baby Race, Socks had a dog bed in Verandah Santa. This may indicate that this happens often. It is possible that Socks was going through a phase where she acted like a dog.
Bluey is relatable to children, even though he is a blue dog. He has a family, with siblings and extended family and friends often make appearances. The voices are all childlike, which makes it easier understood for children.
What a wonderful setting, then, for an episode about a child who never explicitly, but quite obviously, has ADHD. “Army” is narrated by Jack, entirely from his point of view, as he describes his day in great detail (ADHDers do tend to be long-winded).
