The grand finale of The Boys comic book series confirms that there is only one hero who is actually stronger than Homelander, and that's his (even more) evil clone, Black Noir. Created to be an upgraded version of Homelander, Black Noir proves his superiority in the final battle between these two deranged powerhouses.
Black Bolt's brother, Maximus, is one of his oldest and most enduring foes. Maximus always coveted the throne of Attilan, and he never forgave Black Bolt for their parents' accidental death. Maximus is a powerful telepath and has been able to easily control other Inhumans, including Black Bolt himself, over the years.
Carol Danvers has the advantage in a fight over Homelander not just when it comes to durability but when it comes to combat speed, strength, endurance, and just about every measurable category.
Which's Avengers member is easily beat first by The Homelander? Most of the avengers sure. But the heavy hitters like hulk, Thor, and arguably iron man can beat homelander.
Given his physiology as an Eternal, Thanos, even without the Infinity Stones, could outmatch Homelander, as he's stronger and can take way more damage as he's practically invulnerable. Unlike Superman, Homelander isn't nearly as indestructible as he likely could be killed.
He may not even have the defensive skills to counterattack Scarlet Witch. Her ability to play with energy projectiles and telekinesis show her to be one of the most powerful superheroes that Homelander would face. She can manipulate and hex objects, which means she could physically destroy Homelander with enough power.
Though Homelander has to deal with Deadpool's regeneration, and therefore, cannot kill him, the Marvel anti-hero has little in his arsenal than cause harm to Homelander. His martial arts and katana will be useless against Homelander, who has invulnerability.
Captain America does not stand a chance with both Mjolnir(Halo,Thors) vs Homelander. Simply too fast and too strong. Though, he *might* be able to ward him off and delay him for a bit.
Black Bolt's biggest enemy is his own brother, Maximus. Gifted with an incredible intellect and penchant for strategy after being exposed to the Terrigen Mist, Maximus kept his powers a secret with plans to usurp the throne from Black Bolt.
Given Venom's vulnerability to sonics, it should come as no surprise that Black Bolt is basically the character's worst nightmare of an opponent. Two different Marvel stories have shown Venom being killed by Black Bolt's sonic scream.
Due to the extreme danger posed by this power, the character has undergone rigorous mental training to prevent himself from uttering a sound, even in his sleep, and he usually remains completely silent and speaks through sign language or via a spokesperson.
When asked about Homelander's weakness, Madelyn Stillwell claims he does not have one, saying, “There isn't a weapon on Earth that they haven't thrown at him. They've all failed,” implying that he could also survive nuclear explosions.
Superhuman strength: Soldier Boy is not as strong as Homelander, Stormfront, or any other supes. However, he is still relatively strong, similar to a super-soldier.
With a long list of powers like super-strength, invulnerability, regeneration, telekinesis, telepathy, and his signature Omega Beams, Darkseid cannot even be taken down by the full might of the entire Justice League. The biggest villain in DC Comics for a reason, Darkseid would squash Homelander like an ant.
As previously mentioned, Comic Noir was able to kill Homelander because he was a clone and they had the same powers. Ryan may not be a clone, but he and Homelander share the same DNA, similar abilities and he's proven himself to be pretty deadly, even when that's not been his intention.
Superhuman Hearing: Black Noir possesses highly acute, superhuman hearing that aids him in his fight against crime. He tracked Butcher from Becca's house, and detected the Boys in a hidden room when Terror barked, giving away their position.
Superhuman Durability: Homelander is very resistant to physical harm and the most resilient of the Seven. He is not only completely bulletproof, but also unfazed by explosions. Vought had to keep hydrogen bombs strapped to him, since that was the only thing that they had that could possibly kill him.
1) Doctor Strange
Up first is the Sorceror Supreme himself because magic isn't an established ability in The Boys' world. So, Homelander would be at a disadvantage if he came across Doctor Strange. Frankly, Doctor Strange would wipe the floor with the leader of The Seven.
Homelander would win in a fight against Batman. While Batman has superior wits and combat skills, Homelander would use his superhuman strength and speed to easily dispatch the Bat. What's more, Homelander is more durable and has more stamina than Batman, which plays to his advantage.
As a master of mystical arts, Stephen Strange can easily overpower Homelander and make him wish he never crosses him. It would be a fun fight to watch, especially for those who don't like Homelander too much.
Despite Homelander's supremacy in his own universe, in the context of a Homelander vs Superman fight, Superman wins this conflict at a canter.
Shazam is orders and magnitudes more powerful than Homelander. Strength, Speed, Durability all goes to Shazam. And Homelander doesn't have more experience than Shazam, Homelander has never fought anyone on his level, let alone Shazams level, whereas Shazam has fought Dr Sivanna.
Though Homelander and Black Noir are theoretically evenly matched, Black Noir succeeded in killing Homelander, making him the one Supe to do the impossible. As the number one Supe, it's unlikely that anyone could defeat the Seven's leader.
