For less than one inch you are a AA cup, for one inch you are an A cup, for two inches you are a B cup, for three inches you are C cup, for four inches you are a D cup and for five inches you are a DD cup.
Contrary to popular belief, a C cup is not a large size. It is the most common size among women who have breast augmentation or breast implants. Having a larger chest isn't ideal for women since it can affect their posture and cause shoulder and back pain. It's also a burden to women who prefer to have a smaller chest.
STEP 3: FIND YOUR CUP SIZE
If there's a 1-inch difference between bust and band you're an A cup; 2-inch difference is a B cup, 3 inches is a C cup, 4 inches is a D cup, and so on. For example, if your bust measurement is 37 inches and your band is 33 inches, you would be a D cup because of the 4-inch difference.
Breast Size Preferences
While the average breast size across most of Europe and the U.S. was a C cup, options like push-up bras to more permanent (and complex) solutions like cosmetic surgery allow women to take their pick on how to enhance the visible size of their breasts.
For some reason, we have been brainwashed into thinking that boob sizes go from A-DD, DD being the biggest boob/bra size. DD is actually at the lower end of the scale, there is still E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ, and K cup above that.

If your bust size is less than 1 inch bigger than your band size, you're a cup size AA. 1-inch difference = A. 2-inch difference = B. 3-inch difference = C.
