Although she is capable of absorbing his powers, Colossus in metal form was able to make physical contact with her with no ill effects; however, Rogue has shown the ability to absorb him while he was in metal form at various other times.
But in UNCANNY X-MEN (1963) #194, Rogue was forced to absorb the powers of Nightcrawler and Colossus simultaneously in order to protect her teammates from Nimrod. It was an alarming change, but it was also a hint that her abilities could be pushed even further than she might've known.
As a matter of course, Colossus is physically stronger than Rogue. Colossus' mutant ability allows him to transform his skin from flesh to steel. This provides him with enormous durability, not to mention incredible strength.
Colossus does have a huge weakness in the form of Vibranium. Any sort of physical contact with Vibranium will force Colossus to revert to his original form. This forced reversion doesn't last for long and he can return back to his armored form once he is away from the Vibranium.
While in his armored form, Colossus requires no food, water or even oxygen to sustain himself and is extremely resistant to injury. He is capable of withstanding great impacts, large caliber bullets, falling from tremendous heights, electricity, and certain magical attacks.
So while Juggernaut is much more powerful, and would normally be able to win in a fight, Colossus could convince Cyttorak to transfer his power, or even cut off Cain Marko's connection to Cyttorak. Cain Marko would be left as a normal human. Colossus would still be a powerful mutant.
Eventually, the Juggernaut had managed to reclaim what had originally been his, leading to one more battle — which Colossus won by, essentially, destroying the ground under the Juggernaut's feet and causing him to fall into the void. (Don't worry, he climbed out again by story's end.)
Superhuman Durability: In his armored form, Colossus is completely bulletproof and invulnerable to most forms of bodily harm. He can also survive falls from great heights while in his armored body.
During his time as the Avatar of Cyttorak, Colossus stayed in his steel form. He revealed that the reason for this is that in steel form he is a hero and in flesh form he is a man. He believes that as a hero perhaps he could fight the urge for destruction while as a man he wouldn't stand a chance.
In the comics, they've also fought, and Deadpool didn't fare much better there (though there was the funny/grotesque time when Deadpool vomited blood in Colossus' face). As well as in the comics, Deadpool got beat up rather handily in the films by Colossus.
Rogue and Gambit are one of the most popular couples in the X-Men franchise. Their relationship started in 1990, shortly after Gambit was introduced in comic books, and was a strong aspect of the X-Men TV series.
Rogue fought with Ms. Marvel during one of her early Brotherhood missions, and without intending to, she permanently absorbed her foe's memories and powers.
Unstoppable Colossus is a Mystic Champion. Being a Mystic Champion, he has a Class Bonus against Cosmic Champions, but has a penalty against Science Champions.
She is capable of absorbing the life force, attributes, memories, and superpowers of anyone through physical touch. Rogue is initially depicted as a reluctant supervillain, but she soon joins the X-Men as a superhero and has since endured as one of its most prominent members.
Here's Rogue's 1st appearance is the spectacular Avengers Annual #10. She cannot absorb Wonder Man's power.
Rogue held on to Carol for too long and absorbed her powers as well as her memories, essentially wiping the existence of Carol Danvers away and leaving her a blank slate.
Colossus' impenetrable skin is not a unique superpower in the superhero universe. By being referred to as “organic steel” skin, the reader is led to believe that his mutant skin is made up of steel, an alloy with iron as the primary element. Roughly 96% of the human body is carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen.
Magneto can control any substance of Metal. From Adamantium to Uru Metal to the Electromagnetic Spectrum. So yes he can control Colossus' skin.
In the X-Men comics, Piotr "Peter" Rasputin AKA Colossus, has no healing factor. When he is injured, he remains injured and heals at a human pace. Fortunately, his organic-steel form almost always protects him from injury.
While Deadpool fought Ajax, Angel Dust took on Colossus and although she was initially able to hold his own against him, Colossus proved to be stronger and ultimately overpowered her.
Wolverine's claws are so deadly, that they once managed to cut straight through colossus, whose body is made up of impenetrable organic metal. Wolverine's adamantium claws are capable of cutting through practically anything.
In his metal form, Colossus bleeds pure energy when injured, and he has no organs that can be damaged.
It is regularly shown that Colossus normaly performs at a higher level than Luke Cage- no, not a level Luke Cage cant fairly combat, but still a higher level. Are you suggesting that Colossus physiology is not also superhumanly durable? Between the two Colossus has shown greater durability and invulnerability feats.
He possesses superhuman strength and durability, and is virtually immune to most physical attacks; his helmet also protects him from mental attacks.
X-Men Vs.
While Colossus tends to be the strongest member on any X-Men roster, the Hulk's a bit out of his league. Colossus knew this before he threw his first steel-coated punch, but still entered into a fight with the Hulk anyway. He got in a few good blows, but none of them phased the Hulk.
