Its effective is most noticeable on fast attackers with a low Crit rate like Catasaurus or Catornado. Her range is lower than Cheerleader Cat, but still high enough to outrange every single common Metal enemy, earning her a spot in any Anti-Metal lineup.
As Moneko is very slow and has short-ranged attacks, she'll be inefficient in most stages as her 15% chance of Critical will rarely be enough, but she can at least kill the CyberFace in Steel Visage if nothing better is available.
Crazed Moneko has low range, many knockbacks and a multi-hit attack with a 100% chance of creating a Lv. 5 Wave Attack on the third hit that has a 50% Critical Chance.
Strategy. In Dark Souls (Insane), the best strategy is to stack Bahamut Cat and/or similar Uber Rares at the beginning of the level. Cheaper stackable attackers like Paris Cat will help greatly against him. Make sure to bring at least three meatshields, such as Macho Cat, Wall Cat and Boogie Cat.
Crazed Cats are more of an addition than a replacement. Twin Eraser/Wall Cats will be a great help in stalling most of the enemies, but they never should be considered superior to one another.

Neneko can be used in much the same way as Moneko, though she is only half as strong as her more confident sister. She makes up for her relative weakness with range, however; roughly twice as high as Moneko's, it allows Neneko to outrange every Metal enemy in the game except the few event exclusives.
It is unlocked after clearing Empire of Cats. Each of the first three stages drops a Rare Cat Ticket on initial completion. The fourth stage, which is accessed directly from the third, has a guaranteed chance of dropping Crazed Moneko.
Stack long-ranged attackers such as Sexy Legs Cat, Dragon Cat and Paris Cat to counter both Crazed Moneko and the Gory Blacks, while using Crazed Bahamut Cat to take out St. Pigge the 2nd. Don't spawn any meatshields once most of the stronger peons are down, unless you want to trigger Crazed Moneko's Wave Attack.
what makes jizo one of the best is that he can do nearly anything without any real hasle or trouble. Because frankly, jizo is spammable enough and strong enough to function as a much stronger cameraman cat or paris cat with slightly less range.
Kasa Jizo is a great generalist unless you have boosted rares, but if a highly leveled Kasa Jizo is used as a generalist on stages with few Black / Angel enemies, it would face competition due to the power creep in units introduced since his arrival.
With that being said, as long as she's decently leveled and decently protected during battle, Sunny Neneko can destroy the most difficult Metal enemies, and can be used similarly to Cheerleader Cat. This is because both Cheerleader and Sunny Neneko have an attack cooldown of twenty seconds; and can be used similarly.
This cat is very helpful against enemies that are close ranged, as well. It can take some hits from waves, and its range is perfect against slow enemies like The Face.
Evolves into Jamiera Cat at level 20+10 using Cat Tickets.
At the same level, Crazed Cats always have better stats when compared with their Normal Cat cousins. Not only health and attack power, but the Crazed Cats also have other statistics as well, such as additional abilities, speed or reduced summoning costs.
Strategy/Usage. Mr. is good at speedily clearing early stages, as he moves slightly faster than Cow Cat and has Area Attack, also making him good at treasure collection in early-game. He can be useful early-game as a replacement for Cow Cat, or you can use them both for some domination.
The stat improvements are very good, the health going up by 47% and the damage going up 25%, enough to make a difference in both of them. The doubled movement speed makes her get to the frontline faster and is just generally good, the Slow Immunity making it so she won't get slowed when getting to the frontline.
It has much higher initial stats than Titan Cat, which make a level 50 Manic Jamiera Cat almost equal, in both health and attack power, to a level 20+80 Jamiera Cat. Crazed Titan Cat's powerful Lv. 10 wave gives it the potential to be a strong frontline damage dealer.
