Dynamic Lifter is an organic, poultry manure-based product. Chicken manure just so happens to be a common fertiliser used on turf farms. Your standard Dynamic Lifter products are 100% chicken manure in an aged and pelletised form.
Dynamic Lifter can be better than using straight chicken manure, especially raw manure which can release too much of the nitrogen compound ammonia. Not only does ammonia burn your grass, but it smells bad and can be difficult to apply in the right quantities without a mechanical spreader.
It provides complete plant nutrition with slow release organic nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium for better root growth, stronger plants and more flowers and fruit.
Yates Dynamic Lifter Long Life Complete
0 ) is an organic blended fertiliser comprising composted poultry manure, meat meal, fish meal, seaweed meal and zeolite.
Important note: Dynamic Lifter should not be used on Australian native plants that are sensitive to phosphorus.
Apply Seasol regularly for several months before any fertilising is done. Once the tree is starting to respond to the Seasol treatment, apply an organic fertiliser such as Dynamic Lifter, blood and bone or slow-release tree tablets. Note: Sadly, some trees will be damaged beyond repair.
The great thing about Dynamic Lifter pellets is that they are so gentle they won't burn the roots even if it is dry at the time you spread them.
Popular as an alternative to Dynamic Lifter, Dino Fert offers all the organic nutrients that your plants or lawn needs.
Dynamic Lifter is a more balanced fertiliser when compared to Blood & Bone. While Dynamic Lifter has a poultry manure base and other added ingredients, Blood & Bone is 65% meat meal and contains cow manure. Essentially this means that the nutrient ratios of each product are different.
Yates Dynamic Lifter Soil Improver & Plant Fertiliser is ideal to use on all garden plants. Always water well after application.
The product can be broadcasted over garden beds, however, mixing into topsoil can maximise the soil improvement ability and minimise the odour.
You can apply Dynamic Lifter Organic Plant Food every 6 - 8 weeks.
Suitable for all plants including natives. Pelletised for easy application. Added Blood and Bone, fishmeal and seaweed organically enriches and improves the soil.
Used fresh, it could burn plant roots, attract vermin and foxes, and would also be unattractive in appearance.
You could for example use grass clippings, silage, leaves and half-finished compost. The material will transform into great fertilizer with the help of the worms in the soil.
Chicken manure should be mixed into the soil before planting, or it can be used as a top dressing for existing plants. With a little effort, you can turn your chickens into a valuable resource for your garden.
Poultry droppings are better manure than cow dung (or other farmyard manure) in nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium content, the elements most deficient in Indian soil. Poultry produce about twice as much fresh dropping (on a wet-weight basis) as fuel eaten. Birds consume about twice as much water as feed.
Horse manure is richer in nutrients than cow, but not as rich as chicken. It is borderline hot, but should be composted to kill off the weed seeds it usually contains. Horse manure typically has an NPK value of 0.7-0.3-0.6.
Both are some of the best resources of nutrients for organic crop farmers, making it easier to earn and maintain your organic certification. They both also increase your soil's water retention. However, cow manure is typically more expensive and contains fewer nutrients than chicken manure.
We don't suggest the pellets be placed in water and then be applied as a liquid. The pellets can be dug into the soil, watered in and then a mulch placed on top of the soil. This may help to deter your cat from being interested in the pellets.
Chicken manure and dynamic lifter is much more acidic than other animal manures so far less is required. Cover the soil with mulch and let the garden settle for a month and then test to see if further applications are necessary. Continue to test every six weeks to maintain the pH of levels.
Yates Dynamic Lifter, if consumed, can be harmful to pets, especially dogs. Unless the product can be cultivated well into the soil, we do not recommend Yates Dynamic Lifter for use around pets.
We would suggest that you don't fertilise your newly laid lawn until it is three months old. After that period of time you can then use the Dynamic Lifter on your lawn without the fear of it causing any burning.
You can certainly apply the Dynamic Lifter Pellets to your roses. This product can be used on all garden plants and it can be applied every 6 - 8 weeks during the growing season. There is no need to add anything else if you are using the product on a regular basis.
