Either way, Omega Shenron should logically beat Beerus, but if we consider the idea that Beerus now can beat Jiren due to his confidence in fighting Moro who was stronger, than Beerus wins.
Supreme kai is like the shepherd of the universe and he fears not what beerus would do to him, but what beerus would do to his flock of worlds. Supreme kai is all about creation and life, and beerus is all about destruction and death.
5 He Has Been Killed Twice In The Timeline
Thankfully, with Kami's interference and Goku's pure heart, the benevolent being brought the Eternal Dragon back to life. The second time Shenron is killed is by Towa, a unique character who has been mainly present in the Xenoverse series.
