Dairy products – Ice cream, cheese and other such dairy products are difficult to digest. They cause problems in the digestive tract. They're very high in fat, but low in fiber. So, it is best to avoid them as they can not only make you feel constipated, but also slow down the healing process.
Dairy products: Milk, cheese and other heavy cream products should be avoided while you are suffering from symptoms of anal fissure.
Also they are poor in fibers leading to higher pain issues esp. in perianal disorders. Chips, Wafers, Diary food products like chesse are also strictly not allowed for quicker treatment of fissure. Chocolate & Cocoa based foods intake should be curtailed and limited for better recovery from fissure problem.
If you are having repeated bowel movement only then you should avoid milk otherwise there is no problem in consuming milk in Piles and fissure. Besides this high fluid intake (specially butter milk), green leafy vegetables, fruits specially papaya, guava etc.
Petroleum jelly, zinc oxide, 1% hydrocortisone cream, and products like Preparation H can help soothe the area. Instead of toilet paper, use alcohol-free baby wipes that are gentler on the area. Sitz baths can help heal fissures and make you feel better.
Probiotic foods like fermented soya bean and yogurt: Probiotic foods will help you with the problem of constipation which will prevent you from spending too much time on toilet seat straining and causing harm to the fissure which will obstruct the healing process.
Passing a hard stool or prolonged episode of diarrhea. Lack of fiber in the diet and/or water with that fiber. Food that creates a rough passage through the digestive system, such as popcorn, nuts or tortilla chips.
White flour: Consuming products made with white flour forms a sticky paste slows down the bowel movement, cause constipation, burning and itching your fissure. So avoid eating bread, bagels, and pasta which are made with white flour.

Foods to avoid
Low-fiber foods that can cause or worsen constipation and lead to hemorrhoids include: Milk, cheese, ice cream, and other dairy foods.
If your symptoms do not improve within a week or 2, the GP may prescribe a medicine called glyceryl trinitrate (GTN), an ointment applied to the anal canal, usually twice a day. GTN works by expanding blood vessels in and around the anus, increasing the blood supply to the fissure and helping it heal faster.
People whose anal fissures don't heal well may have an imbalance in anal pressure that prevents blood from circulating normally through the blood vessels around the anus. The reduced blood flow prevents healing.

Can we eat chicken during hemorrhoids? You should avoid or limit your chicken intake during hemorrhoids. Since it has a high risk of cross-contamination, high fat, and cholesterol, and is difficult to digest it can cause pain and irritation in the anal area and worsen your hemorrhoids.
This is just not meant for fissure patients. As white flour forms a sticky paste that is difficult to digest. Problems of burning and itching due to passing hard stools can be an issue with these foods. So, patients before opting for a laser clinic treatment of fissures should avoid eating bread, pasta, noodles, etc.
Most cases occur in people who have constipation, when a particularly hard or large poo tears the lining of the anal canal. Other possible causes of anal fissures include: persistent diarrhoea. inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Support your feet with a small step stool when you sit on the toilet. This helps flex your hips and places your pelvis in a squatting position. Your doctor may recommend an over-the-counter laxative, such as Milk of Magnesia or Restoralax.
Give a warm salt water bath for 20 minutes. Add 2 ounces (60 ml) of table salt to a tub of warm water. You can also use baking soda. Do 2 times per day for 1 day to cleanse the area and to help healing.
