Later in Shadow of War, Ratbag is revealed to be alive and working with the Olog Az-Harto, who he somehow saved and later named him "Ranger".
Ratbag was an Uruk who was rescued from punishment by the Ranger Talion and began to serve him, as a secret traitor in Sauron's army.
Whether Brûz decided to betray Talion over time or had always intended this, will never be known, but ultimately he saw an opportunity and couldn't resist taking it. While Brûz's plot failed, he was able to escape and remain a thorn in Talion's side.
He was then chained and forced to watch Sauron slay his family, before brutally beating him to death with his own mithril hammer. This caused Celebrimbor to become a Wraith, a spirit of vengeance, forsaking the Halls of Mandos and dooming himself to an eternity in Mordor until the One Ring was destroyed.
Eltariel is an Elf with a relatively slender built, she's thin even in comparison to the most scrawny Uruks. She has a fair skin, sharp pair of eyes with blue irises and blonde hair, most of which are covered by her cowl.
The Wraith is a companion to Talion as he tries to take vengeance on Sauron and his Black Captains as they return to Mordor. This elevates the importance of the story behind Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and this may make it more interesting to hardcore Tolkien fans — like myself.
The three Elven Rings were conceived as a means of keeping magic (formally known in J.R.R. Tolkien's Legendarium as the Light of the Eldar) from fading in Middle-earth.
The Nazgul arrive for him there, and the Witch-King welcomes Talion calmly into their ranks. Talion falls and becomes a Ringwraith in full, and he joins the Nine in their hunt for the One Ring.
Having been corrupted by the One Ring long ago, Celebrimbor now exists as an undead wraith, determined to not only get his revenge on Sauron but also to replace Sauron as a would-be ruler of Middle-earth. This is reflected in how he is the "Bright Lord" to Sauron's "Dark Lord".
After he was attacked by the orcs, they transported his lifeless body to Mordor at Sauron's behest. Sauron revived Isildur with one of the nine rings, and then tortured him until his spirit was broken and he became a Nazgûl.
Shaming involves a lot of Celebrimbor yelling at the hapless Orc, and will cause them to flee in terror, and lower their rank by five levels down a minimum of level 1. Once you unlock the "Worse Than Death" upgrade, you can lower an Orc's level by up to 10.
Orcs and Orc Captains refer to Talion, a ranger of the Black Gates as "the Tark".
They are unbreakable so can not be dominated or serve in your army. They will normally appear during your shadow wars playthrough and shouldnt be too hard to defeat and will normally ambush you instead of you finding them.

Does it matter who I point as Overlord? Yes, actually. Marauder overlords means there are more loot orcs in the area to kill and get rewards from. All overlords affect the region in some way, even if it is only aesthetic.
Monolith executive producer Michael Forgey, who died from a brain tumour last year aged just 43-years-old, appears in Shadow of War as DLC character Forthog Orc-Slayer. If you have the £3.99 DLC, Forthog will on occasion appear to one-hit kill whichever enemy the player character is up against.
Talion is going off to the afterlife, I'm not going to give you an in depth explanation of the different planes of existence in Tolkein's universe. Read the books. And Eltariel still has the new ring. Get the Blade of Galadrial expansion to see the true epilogue.
Talion becomes a Nazgul
His only option is to take Isildur's Ring, which he uses in the final fight against Sauron. He then uses the power to contain Sauron's forces in Mordor for as long as he can, but he eventually goes full-on Nazgul, which would make him one of the Ringwraiths that hunts Frodo.
Sauron recovered the Seven Rings from information provided by Celebrimbor, and gave them to the leaders of the seven kindreds of the Dwarves: Durin's Folk (Longbeards), Firebeards, Broadbeams, Ironfists, Stiffbeards, Blacklocks, and Stonefoots, though a tradition of Durin's Folk claimed that Durin received his ring ...
All the Nazgûl are named - The Witch-king of Angmar, The Dark Marshal, Khamûl The Easterling, The Betrayer, The Shadow Lord, The Undying, The Dwimmerlaik, The Tainted and The Knight of Umbar.
Upon completion of stage 10 you'll be rewarded with a "many years later" cutscene, after which you're free to continue exploring the world and taking part in online conquests. That's essentially it as far as rewards go, but this is the "true ending" you may have heard people speaking of.
According to book lore Rangers of Ithilien (one of which Talion supposedly is) really ARE Dunedain of the South, in book we are told that Rangers of Ithilien who act as a special forces of Gondor were recruited from among descendants of men who lived in Ithilien (which was abandoned due to attacks from Mordor in year ...
Celebrimbor expressed disdain, saying Talion should have forgotten about him and defeated Sauron *for both their sake. * But he wanted his friend back and he would have died to see him free (without the ring, and without a wraith, Talion would die due to the ritual at the Black Gate in the first game.)
Galadriel immediately becomes suspicious and soon confronts Halbrand. He concedes that, yes, he is Sauron, and hopes to restore order to Middle-earth.
Celebrimbor is slain personally by Sauron, but Sauron does not get the Three Rings. His wrath now blazes.
