7 Kyojuro Rengoku, The Flame Hashira
Rengoku is easily one of the most lovable Hashira in Demon Slayer. This is why it's a shame that he succumbed to the wounds that he suffered in his fight against Akaza.
The Entertainment District arc has now come to an end with the newest episode of the anime, and fans had really been worrying about the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, ever since he took over as the main anchor following the loss of the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, during the events of the Mugen Train arc.

Since he believes it is his responsibility as someone strong to protect those weaker than him, he will make sure he does just that. Rengoku sees any mission through to the very end, even at the cost of his life.
Akaza wanted to make Rengoku a demon so that they could fight for hundreds of years, so that they can both continue to grow stronger. Akaza genuinely admired Rengoku's strength, and was impressed with his skills. Despite that, he knew that Rengoku wouldn't realistically be able to defeat him as a human.
The Wind Hashira has one of the saddest backstories in Demon Slayer. His mother had turned into a demon and had killed five of his siblings. He was forced to kill his own mother in an attempt to save his only remaining brother, Genya.

Though he has no romantic interests, Kyojuro has many people that he shares a close relationship with. One being Mitsuri Kanroji, the Love Hashira. Acting as her mentor, Kyojuro and Mitsuri grew close, Mitsuri looking up to Kyojuri as something like an older brother.
