In the final installment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy - Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker - it was revealed Snoke was in fact a clone of Emperor Palpatine, doing the evil Sith Lord's bidding across all three films.
While Snoke was not trained as a Sith and his abilities were not explicitly Sith in origin, like that of his creator, Darth Sidious, Snoke was strong with the dark side of the Force.
In the infinite multiverse, there is surely a reality in which these theories were confirmed and Snoke was indeed Darth Plagueis, which would have spelled a very different story for the Star Wars sequel trilogy, and likely changed most of its major moments.
Snoke, a mysterious Force-Sensitive humanoid male was a Supreme Leader in the First Order and a powerful master in the ways of the Dark Side of the Force, but despite the ability to call on the Darkness, Snoke was not affiliated with the Sith Order, who had been extinct for years.
When it comes to combat skills, there's no question that Palpatine was far more capable with a lightsaber in his hands than Snoke. Not many people can launch into a 920 corkscrew spin from a prone position and that includes the Supreme Leader.
Snoke Wasn't Aware of His Own History
In fact, despite being created some time after the Battle of Endor, he believed to have lived through the rise and fall of the Empire.
If Kylo wanted to burn it all down, why is he suddenly taking charge and leading the First Order attacks against the Skywalkers and the Resistance? Because as soon as Kylo defeated Snoke, Darth Plagueis infected him. He is no longer Kylo Ren, he is now assumed by Darth Plagueis, and it is Darth Plague's desire to rule.
He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic.
Snoke and his many copies were not a clone of any known individual the way the Clone Army soldiers were modified copies of Jango Fett. Nor was he a one-for-one recreation of a previous body like Palpatine's clone body. Snoke was an entirely new being made from scratch, and Dr.
Darth Vectivus was one such Sith Lord. Vectivus was a businessman involved in mining operations, who just so happened to abide by a code of ethics. Though he was ruthless in business and had a vast wealth of Sith power, he maintained a level of balance and decency in his life.
Following the release of The Last Jedi the actor who portrays Snoke, Andy Serkis, stated in an interview that Snoke's scarring was a combination of war wounds and the natural decay of an old body.
Nevertheless, Sidious found the usefulness Snoke's force-sensitivity could prove to have as a powerful servant and a way for spreading his influence across the galaxy through less direct means as he already was, so instead, utilized him as a puppet in his sinister plans.
Interesting enough, the strand-casts are still able to exercise their own free will. Since Snoke was engineered through this strand-casting process, this tells us that Grogu's DNA was used to create Snoke, if Grogu's DNA was used to develop Force-sensitive clones.
History. A dark side warrior with a mysterious past, Kylo Ren was neither Jedi nor Sith, but a product of both sides' teachings. Once an apprentice of Luke Skywalker's, he killed his fellow students and drove Skywalker into exile, becoming a First Order warlord and servant of Supreme Leader Snoke.
2019's 'Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker' revealed Rey to be the granddaughter of Emperor Palpatine. Star Wars sequel trilogy actress Daisy Ridley has shared her thoughts on Rey's family tree.
Darth Vader doesn't fear the Emperor, he despises him, just as Vader so vehemently despises himself. So, if not Palpatine, who could Vader possibly fear? Well, the answer is deceptively simply, yet incredibly shocking all at the same time: Luke Skywalker.
1 Darth Sidious
As well as being a gifted bladesman Sidious' connection to the Dark Side is extremely powerful, granting Sidious the ability to conduct force lightning.
According to Star Wars Legends content, the first Sith was a former Jedi Master, Ajunta Pall, who became a so-called Dark Jedi, or “Fallen” Jedi.
He believed this where the Jedi failed, and Plagueis was always ready to take advantage of the Jedi's failures. Darth Plagueis and Darth Sidious became aware of an extremely powerful Force-sensitive boy on the world of Tatooine: Anakin Skywalker.
In an early Revenge of the Sith draft, Palpatine confirmed that Darth Plagueis used the Midi-chlorians to start the cell division that created Anakin Skywalker.
Darth Plagueis, publicly known as Hego Damask II, and remembered as Darth Plagueis the Wise, was a male Muun powerful Dark Lord of the Sith hailing from the planet Mygeeto. Damask was born between 147 and 120 BBY to a female Muun and a male Muun.
Captain Rex
If one thing could sum up his appeal it would be his steadfast loyalty to not only his brothers in arms, but the Jedi he served alongside during the Clone Wars and to the Republic itself.
There's not one Anakin Skywalker in the canon of Star Wars, but instead, two: the original version of the character and a Dark Side Clone.
The Emperor is Officially Anakin's 'Father'
Yes, Star Wars fans, Darth Vader #25 confirms that Anakin Skywalker was the result of Dark Side/Midi-chlorian manipulation inside of Shmi Skywalker's womb - performed personally by Emperor Palpatine.
