All four iPhone 13 models keep the same screen sizes as they did previously, with the iPhone 13 mini sporting a 5.4-inch display and the standard iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro both having a 6.1-inch screen. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is the biggest of course, and has a 6.7-inch display.
Like the iPhone 12 Pro models, the iPhone 13 Pro models come in 6.1 and 6.7-inch sizes, with the 6.7-inch iPhone 13 Pro Max positioned as Apple's largest iPhone.
The iPhone 13 and 13 Pro both have the same 6.1-inch screen size, but these two smartphones differ slightly in terms of design. The iPhone 13 has an aluminum band around its edge, while the 13 Pro has stainless steel. This means the iPhone 13 Pro has a stronger shell with shinier edges.

The iPhone 14 Pro models are available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage capacities. MagSafe charging up to 15W continues to be supported, and fast charging over Lightning is available with a 20W or higher charger. The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max also support WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 14 series will open in a couple of days, on September 9. The iPhone 14 will be released to the market on September 16, 2022. Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 Plus will be available on October 7.
Although the chips in both iPhones are the same, the GPU in the iPhone 13 Pro is better, which means that users can expect a slightly improved performance from the Pro model, especially with more demanding apps and video editing.
The 6.1-inch screen size of both phones is exactly the same, however, the frame of the new model is just slightly thicker which, unfortunately, means that cases for the iPhone 13 can't be re-used on the iPhone 14.
The largest iPhones ever produced is the iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Plus all have a screen size of 6.7 inches and dimensions of 160.8 x 78.1 x 7.4 mm.

The iPhone 15 models will likely be released in September 2023 if Apple follows its traditional September launch timeline.

It's the latest and greatest iPhone–it's probably going to last the longest if you like to keep your iPhones for as long as possible, it's the fastest, best camera, longest battery life, and so on.

You may have heard about the iPhone 14's ability to resist water and other forms of moisture. The operative word is resist, however. While the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are all water-resistant, they are not fully waterproof.
The Apple iPhone 14 Plus has a 6.7-inch display and that's really the story for this device as it's the same size you'll find on the iPhone 14 Pro Max, but you aren't paying Pro prices here. It makes the larger display iPhone more accessible for those that don't want all the bells and whistles offered by the Pro model.
The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max are the clear winners for the best iPhone camera award. If you want the best viewing experience, then go for the Max. If you like a smaller phone, the iPhone 14 Pro is for you.
