The symbiote posses Brock (wanting revenge on Peter itself) and transforms him into "Venom", a vicious and monstrously terrifying black alien variation of Spider-Man with huge teeth and claws.
Venom has been the most featured one, appearing in the 2007 film Spider-Man 3, and as the titular protagonist of the 2018 film Venom. Carnage also made its cinematic debut in the film Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021).
Peter eventually rejects the symbiote, and it ultimately bonds with Eddie Brock to form Venom. However, Peter would end up wearing a replica of the costume, minus the symbiote. The black outfit, as well as Venom, was the central focus in Spider-Man 3, appearing front and center in marketing.
Venom, or Edward Brock, Jr. is the final antagonist of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man Trilogy, serving as the main antagonist of Spider-Man 3. He was portrayed by Topher Grace.
The reason that Spider-Man 3's Venom creates this trilogy plot hole is not entirely Sam Raimi's fault, as he did not even want to use Venom in the franchise. Sony forced him to include Eddie Brock in the third film because of the character's popularity.
Disgraced and suicidal with a growing irrational hatred for Spider-Man, Brock comes into contact with an alien symbiote, rejected by Peter Parker. The symbiote bonds with him and they become Venom, together seeking out revenge against their mutual enemy.
As a result, the very visible red suit made Peter Parker's life as the superhero very difficult. So, for a quick fix, he turned the suit inside out, resulting in the appearance of a black Spider-Man suit. Peter uses this suit to capture Electro and Sandman as he otherwise had no other viable suit to wear.
Issue #252 (May 1984) saw the first appearance in the title of Spider-Man's black costume, which the hero would wear almost exclusively for the next four years' worth of comics; issue #258 (Nov. 1984) revealed that the black costume is a living being, an alien of the Symbiote species.
Venom is a villain in Marvel's Spiderman. He also known as Eddie Brock. He hates Spiderman because he thinks he is the cause of all the bad luck in his life. Venom is bigger and stronger then Spiderman.

The Venom symbiote is the progenitor of several symbiotes, such as: Carnage, Riot, Phage, Lasher, Agony, Scream and Sleeper. There were also other symbiotes with the name Venom, such as its clone Mania and a gestalt symbiote formed from an amalgamation of codices.
Most folks are familiar with the fact that the symbiote who would come to be known as Venom first bonded with Peter Parker. It got a taste of the power of Spider-Man and grew to love that power. It grew to love the feeling of the wind on its face swinging through the city.
He was stronger, faster, and much more aggressive. He loved the new suit until it was discovered that it was trying to take over Peter Parker's body and mind.
Eddie Brock as Venom is who most would consider the original character. Though the Venom symbiote was introduced in 1984, the 1993 limited series “Venom: Lethal Protector” was the first to explore Brock's history before he bonded with the symbiote.
In a flashback, it is revealed that she got pregnant with Eddie's child after bonding to Venom. After giving birth to their son Dylan, she left him in the care of Carl Brock, with the promise that she would return eventually.
As you may recall from the first Venom movie, the symbiote was unable to bond with numerous people and left each of its test hosts dead. It wasn't until Venom formed a special bond with Eddie that both the host and symbiote were able to survive.
Venom sacrificed himself to protect his human host from Drake's exploding rocket ship, sending Eddie safely into the San Francisco Bay. The closing moments reveal that Venom survived the blast and is once again bonded with Eddie.
