The Sixth Holy Grail War takes place in Fuyuki City 10 years after the Fifth Holy Grail War and 20 years after the Fourth Holy Grail War. Because of the failure of the two previous Heaven's Feel Rituals the interval between the rituals was 10 years instead of normal 50-60 years.
However, the most notable ones have to be the Holy Grail War that happens in Fuyuki City, which is the setting for the main Fate/Stay Night storylines. There have been five separate Holy Grail Wars that have happened in Fuyuki City.
The Great Grail requires sixty years in order to amass enough mana to summon Servants, making the planning period span over generations. If the Grail is unable to utilize its energy, that which is leftover can reduce the time to as little as a decade, such as in the case of the period between the Fourth and Fifth Wars.
The Fifth Holy Grail War is the fifth such war to take place in Fuyuki City, and occured in 2004. It uses a system developed by the Three Founding Families—Tohsaka, Matou, and Einzbern—as a means to reach the Root. The Holy Grail War ritual has been ongoing for over 200 years.
There has yet to be even one true winner who actually claimed the Grail in all five wars, and due to Angra Mainyu being summoned in the Third Holy Grail War, it would be impossible for a winner to have their true wish granted in most cases.
1 Gilgamesh
Gilgamesh has appeared in multiple Holy Grail Wars, and he is by far the strongest Archer-class Servant in the series. He is a demi-god who ruled over ancient Mesopotamia, and he is considered to be history's first Hero and the origin of all other Heroic myths.
Remarkably, the Holy Grail was recorded as located in Troyes in 1610. Unfortunately, the holy Christian relic disappeared sometime during the French Revolution, circa 1789-99.
Saber, using her most powerful move, breaks the Holy Grail causing all of its contents to spill out. Due to Angra Mainyu's corruption, the contents within the Grail only bring destruction, partially leading to the devastating fire. However, the Grail was not able to bring such destruction on its own.

Though the maximum number of Servants is seven, there is an auxiliary reserve system within the Greater Grail to distribute Command Spells again to allow the summoning for seven more Servants.
Gilgamesh is first seen in Fate/Zero as the Archer servant of the Fourth Holy Grail War. Gilgamesh is by far one of the strongest servants in the franchise. Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon does most of the work for him. His power creates a door to his private collection of weapons, which he shoots at his opponents.
The grail is most commonly identified as the cup that Jesus drank from at the Last Supper and that Joseph of Arimathea used to collect Jesus's blood when he was crucified.
But since she didn't win the 4th HGW, she returned to the moment before her death and wished for the grail to take her to a next HGW(the 5th). That's why she still remembers the 4th Holy Grail War.
Shirou is declared the victor by Kotomine because he bested him in combat and Illya because she (being the grail) saw him as being "worthy". All in all, no one really wins, either because they wouldn't get the wish they thought they wanted or because they destroyed it without even trying.
