Most Death Eaters (aside from the Lestranges, Malfoys, Snape and Pettigrew) have unconfirmed houses, but there is one pseudo-death eater; Quirinus Quirrel, Ravenclaw, a guy who had Voldemort living behind his head for an entire school year.

Helena Ravenclaw
The knowledgable young woman continues to be a major presence within Hogwarts beyond her death, as she haunts the school grounds. However, it's her actions before her unfortunate demise which mark Helena as one of Ravenclaw's most wicked individuals.
