Although Fives was killed before he could expose the conspiracy behind the inhibitor chips, his actions impacted the execution of Order 66. At least two clones—CC-3636 "Wolffe," and CC-5576-39 "Gregor"—removed their chips at some point either before or after the activation of the Order.
Due to a malfunctioning chip, Order 66 was activated early in Tup. Believing it to be sabotage from their enemy, Fives investigated, learning the truth but had no proof. He was subsequently killed before he could get anyone to believe him.
13 Fives. One of the most prominent clone troopers in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the animated TV show explored Fives' entire career arc. Fives was one of the first to learn about the inhibitor chips and removed his own well before Order 66 was issued.

Order 66 commanded all the clone troopers to kill their Jedi officers in the event that they had betrayed the Republic. Almost all the Jedi were exterminated because of this. Very few Jedi survived this such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda and Kanan Jarrus.
Nari. Nari was played by Benny Saldfie in Obi-Wan Kenobi. The young Jedi survived Order 66 as a youngling. He tracked down Obi-Wan on Tatooine, hoping the Jedi master would help him.

Despite Cody's friendship with Obi-Wan, he didn't hesitate when he received Order 66 from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine at the end of the Clone Wars. Obeying the Republic's commander-in-chief, Cody gave the order to fire on his Jedi General, then sent troops to see if he'd been killed.
Not more, the same or less. Ranking is not about who's better in combat. It doesn't for instance if that was the case then Rex would've reported to Fives and Echo. Rex was also a ARC trooper but he held the rank of captain.
Order 67 was an order requiring clone troopers to dance. During the Battle of Utapau, Darth Sidious accidentally issued Order 67 when he meant to use Order 66. Just after the order was executed, Cody and his troops began dancing. However, Sidious browsed a manual and executed Order 66.
ARC-0001 (formally CT-0001) was created years ago in 32 BBY with the rest of the clones on the watery planet of Kamino, he is a fully trained arc (advanced recon commando) trooper, and he is the leader of 223rd Strike Force, his nickname is Commander Unos.
Since he removed his control implant, Wolffe was no longer able to be forced into complying with Order 66. Following the Clone Wars, Wolffe and his two comrades Rex and Gregor settled on Seelos and lived in a vintage AT-TE walker.
There were only a few Jedi who suspected something was off about the clones (Yoda especially) but rest of them were unaware of the threat and that is why Order 66 actually worked.
But these complaints often ignore the sheer number of Jedi who did die during Order 66 and shortly afterward. We are talking about, at least, a few thousand. Considering how few survivors there are—less than 100 as of 2023—the actual death toll is probably closer to nine thousand or so. That's still a lot of dead Jedi!
After the Third Battle of Kamino, Fives was promoted to the rank of ARC Trooper by Captain Rex and Commander Cody and was given experimental Phase II clone trooper armor.
Well, in legends Order 65 explicitly states that it can only be ordered by the Senate or the Security Council, and not the Chancellor, so one likely response might be: “I'm sorry sir, but you do not have the authority to issue that order”.
A short time after the execution of Order 66, Palpatine would announce that he was reorganizing the Republic into the Galactic Empire, which he would rule as Emperor. Now serving the Empire, the members of the 501st took the designation of stormtrooper, as well as new armor, weapons, and ships.
After the formation of the Galactic Empire, the 212th was folded into the Imperial military forces and its troopers continued to serve in battle. It was led by a new general, Kahdah, and crushed a Wookiee revolt on Kashyyyk.
