62 – Invalid service code - Restricted
A customer tried to pay online with a card that doesn't support online payments. For the first reason, call your merchant provider and make sure your terminal/POS supports American Express or Discover transactions.
What causes code 77 chargebacks? Unless the acquiring bank is to blame, code 77 chargebacks are usually caused by merchant error. It may happen when a merchant manually keys a transaction with an incorrect account number and doesn't send an authorization request.
Code 70 chargebacks can only happen if the merchant makes a mistake. If a merchant doesn't process an authorization request for a transaction and the card number is on that region's Card Recovery Bulletin or Exception File, they will receive this chargeback.

Reasons you're receiving 'No Such Issuer' error code
Receiving error code 15 tells you the card number was entered incorrectly. To be more specific, it means the first number is incorrect. Each major credit card provider has its own number that every card they issue must start with.
An unspecified bank error has occurred. No further information is available from eWAY or the bank. The customer should attempt to process the transaction again.
The customer's card issuer does not recognise the credit card details. The customer should check the card information and try processing the transaction again.
