–Eyes: Most of the faerie has green eyes (Seelies) or blood red to pitch black (Unseelies), tho the color may vary depending of the Fae origins and experiences.
Fairy Eyes (妖精眼, Yōseigan?) are eyes with which fairies can see through lies. These are not Mystic Eyes that humans possess, but are rather a type of vision that fairies are born with that allows them to "alter worlds."
They're known for their ties to nature (Green), selfishness (Black), and chaotic, impulsive behavior (Red) in most media. Where does blue fit into that so much so that the majority of Fae are Blue? Is it the trickery aspect?
Some of these fae even have patched skin tones, with orange and blue or green and blue mixed. Besides their limbs and skin color, fae beings contain horns or scales that appear at random points of the fae's body. These appendages are connected to the fae's magick.
Green irises (the rarest eye color) have less melanin than brown eyes but more than blue eyes, for instance. “Brown is on one end, blue on the other, and hazel and green are in between,” Dr. Patel says.
Green has traditionally been called the rarest eye color.
We found that green is the most popular lens colour, with brown coming in a close second, despite it being one of the most common eye colours. Although blue and hazel are seen as the most attractive eye colours for men and women they are surprisingly the least popular.
Seelie faeries are often described as beautiful in a way that reflects their blessed, holy or pure nature: with hair that is blonde, white or colored in a natural—and almost human—way, pale crystalline skin, light eyes, and delicate, slender bodies.
Fae are a playable race in the Gigaverse, primarily native to Maramor. While all Fae have the same abilities and attributes, there are many, many subspecies that fall under the Fae category.
High Fae differ from the lesser faeries by their human-looking appearances, save for their delicately arched ears and longer limbs. Any other difference will mark a faerie as 'lesser' faeries. They inhabit many places but mainly higher part of the world, to the north of the Mortal Lands.
Never give them your name (Full or otherwise).
The best thing to do in this situation is to give the faerie a made-up name or a nickname. However, if the humanoid knows their name and say it, they can possibly bind the Fey in service to them or make the Fey leave them alone.
While they would seem to prefer to use couples in the conventional manner, Fae are capable of reproducing asexually, and only one parent (of either gender) is actually required.
Regardless of the name used, the fae are generally understood to be more than mere mortals, but less than gods. They are associated with nature, have magical powers and an inclination to interfere with humans. Throughout history they were associated with ghosts, spirits, demigods, demons and devils.
Mystic Eyes can be divided between those projecting a spell outwards, as with Mystic Eyes of Flame or Charm, and receptive types, like those of Precognition or Retrocognition.
Fae blood doesn't contain iron as it's harmful to them and thus isn't normally red. A nymph's blood, for example, would be the color of the fluid of the plant they're related to (shades of brown, white or clear).
Fae language is the language spoken by the Fae. Known speakers of the language include Bast and Felurian.
Life Cycle: An average Faery has a lifespan of 450 years though there have been cases where Faeries have lived past that age well into their 500th or 600th year. A Fae does not age or mature normally and reaches mental, sexual and physical maturity at different stages of his or her life.
Faie became Modern English fay, while faierie became fairy, but this spelling almost exclusively refers to one individual (the same meaning as fay). In the sense of 'land where fairies dwell', archaic spellings faery and faerie are still in use.
Reproduction. Fae are capable of bearing children. Fae can reproduce with fae, humans, halflings, werewolves, werecats and possibly vampires.
The rarest natural hair colour is red, which makes up only one to two percent of the global population. You commonly see these hair colours in western and northern areas of Europe, especially Scotland and Ireland. However, natural redheads may not exist for much longer.
Their ear tips are pointed and many have sharp teeth or fangs and a few possess elongated fingers. Many of the more ancient fairies use glamour to hide their still beautiful but ancient and cold looks and other disturbing features. When fairies are born, they can choose what they want to look like.
Conversely, brown eyes are the most common color yet the least attractive to the survey's respondents. According to World Atlas, approximately 79% of the world's population has brown eyes, making it the most common eye color in the world.
Intelligence was the number one trait associated with brown, the most common eye color in the U.S., by 34 percent of respondents.
