Allah ﷻ says in Surah Al-Baqarah: "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient, Who, when disaster strikes them, say, 'Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return. '
The Qur'an further states that Allah created the sun, the moon, and the planets, each with their own individual courses or orbits. "It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon; all (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded course" (21:33).

The symbolic values of numbers
The number 1 symbolizes the Shahada of Muslims: "There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah." The number 3 is also significant as many sunnah acts are advised to be done in three's.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'A human being fills no worse vessel than his stomach. It is sufficient for a human being to eat a few mouthfuls to keep his spine straight. But if he must (fill it), then one third of food, one third for drink and one third for air.
We all experience difficulties in our life's and as Muslims we should know that this is a test from Allah. In fact that this is something Muslims firmly believe in, that going through difficult times is inevitable.

Everyone is indeed tested by Allah in so many forms of both happiness and sadness, shortage and abundance as mentioned in the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah Verse 155-157. The verse reminds us that anyone, whoever he/she is, even the Prophets are tested by Allah SWT.
Allah tests some people with poverty, others with emotional distress, others with illness, and yet others with prosperity and fame.
