Najis is divided into three which are Mukhaffafah najis (minor), Mutawassitah najis (moderate) dan Mughallazah najis (major). Mughallazah najis are dogs and swine and anything from them.
According to Islam, there are two kinds of najis: the essential najis which cannot be cleaned and the unessential najis which become najis while in contact with another najis.
Najis means filth or unclean things in Arabic and refers to substances that contaminate food and equipment. This includes anything derived from pigs and dogs, urine, feces, blood, bodily fluids, milk from impermissible animals, and other types of dirt or contaminants.
According to the above discussion, we conclude that a non-Muslim is not considered as najis.
[ The purity of the garment of the one praying is obligatory provided it is remembered and he has the ability to achieve that. If someone intentionally prays in an impure garment when he is able to remove it, he must always repeat that prayer.
Scholars of fiqh agree that someone who is not purified CANNOT touch the Quran because Allah says in the Quran “None shall touch it except the purified” (Waqiah: 79). This includes the junub (sexually impure), the menstruating woman, as well as someone without wudhu.
Islamic law has prescribed the way to cleanse Naj Mughallazah by using one time of clay and clean water suspension followed by six times of rinsing with pure water (mutlaq) [3].
Under Islamic law, najis means spiritually unclean. Alcohol, when derived from a non-khamr source, is considered not najis and permissible for Muslims to use.
The greatest of the sins described as al-Kaba'ir is the association of others with Allah or Shirk.
The symbolic values of numbers
The number 3 is also significant as many sunnah acts are advised to be done in three's.
The religious obligations of all Muslims are summed up in the Five Pillars of Islam, which include belief in God and his Prophet and obligations of prayer, charity, pilgrimage, and fasting.
These schools, referred to respectively as the Hanbali, Hanafi, Maliki, and Shafei, are followed by different Muslim states either entirely or in part. Egypt is traditionally Maliki.
So, these are the three types of nafs. Nafs-ul-Ammarah, Nafs-ul-Lawwamah and Nafs-ul-Mutmainnah.
The two sites whose Islamic sanctity are unchallengeably the highest of all are Al-Haram Mosque in Mecca (which is called Ḥaraman Āminan (حَرَمًا آمِنًا, "Sanctuary (which is) Secure") in the Quran (28:57; 29:67)), and the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, so the Arabic dual form al-ḥaramān (ٱلْحَرَمَان) or al-ḥaramayn ( ...
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Allah does not accept any Salat (prayer) without purification, and He does not accept any charity from Ghulul.'" It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Allah does not accept any prayer without purification, and He does not accept any charity from ghulul.'"
The concise answer is that a woman is permitted to pray wearing jewellery and perfume; doing that does not invalidate her prayer in any way.
In her house however, or in the company of family and her husband, or in the company of other women, she may wear any perfume she desires. For men, various hadith interpretations require them to wear perfume, especially when attending the mosques.
Since the alcohol used in perfumes is mostly synthetic, it is not impure. It is, therefore, permissible to wear such a perfume and to offer prayer with clothes having such a perfume, unless it is known for sure that the alcohol used in it is made of dates or grapes.
After defecating, the anus must be washed with water using the left hand, or if water is unavailable, with an odd number of smooth stones or pebbles called jamrah or hijaarah (Sahih Al-Bukhari 161, Book 4, Hadith 27). It is now more common to wipe with tissues and water.
Wash the right hand up to and including the wrist (and between the fingers) three times and make sure to clean thoroughly, then similarly for the left hand. Wash the private parts and remove dirt or filth from the body (using your left hand). Perform Wudu as if for prayer.
The following is an easy way of purifying clothes: Put impure clothes in a bucket and turn on the tap above it. Keep the clothes submerged with the help of a hand or a rod etc. in such a way that no part of any cloth remains out of the surface of water.
Summary of answer. It is permissible to touch the mobile phone or tape on which Quran is recorded, and it is permissible to read from it without wudu.
The Quran can be recited from memory if the person is without wudu, or for them to read it if the Quran is held by someone who has wudu. So, read the Arabic Quran in state of cleanliness, in Wudu. However, Quran translations without the Arabic like 'The Majestic Quran' paperback edition do not require Wudu.
“The ruling for menstruating women to recite al-Quran according to the final qaul of madhhab Syefie is it is prohibited as stated in a hadith narrated by Imam al-Tirmizi.
