What are the 3 things everyone should do well and why?
To me there are three things everyone should do every day. Number one is laugh. Number two is think -- spend some time time in thought. Number three, you should have your emotions move you to tears.
One of the first things that every society needs to do is to provide the big 5, Food, Water, Shelter, Energy and Education. All Five are equally important and all five are connected.
Friendships, relationships, time, memories, and experiences are what truly matters in life. It's those people and things that can never be replaced, even if you try. Purpose is another important aspect of life because, without purpose, you'd feel empty and void of everything.
Happiness, compassion, love and peace are all part of life and must be shared and not hoarded, for that will interfere with the flow of life. To be happy, we have to all know that we are part of the life force.
As you probably know, once we have food and shelter, but before we can seek self-actualization—the Smart State—we must feel safety, belonging and mattering. Without these three essential keys a person cannot get in their Smart State—they cannot perform, innovate, feel emotionally engaged, agree, move forward.
Living things need need air, water, food and shelter to survive. There is a difference between needs and wants. Students will be able to identify the four things that organisms need to survive. Students will realize through exploring the Nature Gardens that organisms' needs for survival are fewer than wants.
Food, water, shelter… these are just some of the things we need in order to survive. In addition to the essentials however, there are plenty of items that make life more enjoyable.
Water is essential to our lives – 50 – 65 percent of our bodies are composed of it. We not only consume water, we need it for so many important functions in our life.
