Outlook 2007 and 2010 have a view option called Details – it can be set on Low, Medium, or High Details. High shows all appointments and all day events, while Medium shows all day events and uses lines for timed appointments. Low shows only all day events and hides all timed appointments.
The Calendar tab displays meetings in a specified date range for selected meeting bodies, using the criteria entered in the Search textbox. The Calendar tab has two views: List View and Calendar View.

Using tab shortcuts in Outlook
Click the left arrow in the calendar on the right in the side-by-side view to overlay the two calendars.
Outlook.com lets you view more than one calendar at a time. The calendars can be a combination of your default calendar, calendars you've created, and calendars you've connected to.
The TimelineView object, derived from the View object, allows you to create customizable views that allow you to display Outlook items within a timeline. Outlook provides several built-in TimelineView objects, and you can also create custom TimelineView objects.

When you check someone's calendar in Outlook, the other person is not notified, and they cannot see that you have viewed their calendar.

In the Calendar navigation pane, select the calendar or calendars you want to view. In the Calendar navigation pane, select the two or three calendars you want to view. Note: A minimum of two calendars and a maximum of three calendars need to be selected for the side-by-side view to display.
