Sexual stamina, as most people define it, is your ability to sustain sex before you need to take a break. A variety of factors can limit your sexual stamina, including: Orgasm and ejaculation. For many guys, reaching orgasm and ejaculating is the main factor that limits their sexual stamina.

For males, the average time between the sheets is anywhere from two to five minutes. For females, it's a bit longer: about 20 minutes before reaching the big O.
