Planet Fitness Guest Pass. As a Black Card member, you can bring one guest per visit as long as the guest stays with you at all times. Guests are limited to using work out equipment only and are not allowed to use tanning beds and hydromassage chairs or other Planet Fitness services like haircuts.
PF Black Card® members must be granted reciprocal use of all Amenities in all Planet Fitness locations.

Only ONE person per Black Card is allowed in the club at a time. Remember your Black Card Friend must be age of majority in the province of residence and may choose to purchase Black Card amenities on a per use basis.

Black card members are allowed to bring one guest with them each time they work out to any PF location. Guests typically have to show ID. Guests have to be 18+ or 13+ with a parent or guardian. In the cases where a guardian must be present, ID may not be required.
There are around 20,000 Black cardholders in the U.S. This is a no-limit credit card. Cardholders are excepted on an 'invitation-only basis.

The American Express Black Card doesn't have a pre-set spending limit, so cardholders can spend as much as they want every month. But that's only the case if they can afford it. The Centurion® Card from American Express is a charge card, so cardholders can't carry a balance.
How much do you have to make to get Amex's black card? There aren't any income requirements per se, but you most likely need to be a high spender on your Amex cards. If you're in the ballpark of $250,000 to $500,000 in annual spending across all your open Amex cards, you may qualify for the Centurion card.

The Centurion card beats out the Mastercard Black card in terms of rewards, benefits, and features. The major drawback of the Centurion card is its $10,000 initiation fee and $5,000 annual fee (plus $5,000 annually for each authorized user).
