The PEARR Tool reflects principles of a trauma-in- formed and victim-centered approach. As described by the US Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), a victim- centered approach is one in which a person's wishes, safety, and well-being are prioritized in all matters and procedures.

'Loverboys' (or romeo pimps) are human traffickers who usually operate by trying to make young girls or boys fall in love with them. Sometimes they manipulate young people in other ways. Once they have victims under their influence they exploit them, for instance in the sex industry.
Pimp “breaks” the victim by letting her know he's dangerous– beating, raping, yelling, showing weapons, etc. He threatens to hurt her and her loved ones. Control & Isolation: Pimp keeps the victim close and makes her dependent by calling constantly, moving her in, taking money away, monitoring her moves, etc.

Characteristics of 4Ps and 7Ps
As mentioned above, the 4Ps include Place, Price, Product and Promotion. The 7Ps model, on the other hand, is a combination of the 4Ps with 3 additional segments, which refer to People, Process and Physical evidence.
The 4Ps of product, price, place, and promotion refer to the products your company is offering and how to get them into the hands of the consumer. The 4Cs refer to stakeholders, costs, communication, and distribution channels which are all different aspects of how your company functions.
