“I will do what I must,” Obi-Wan says, again, as he prepares to duel Darth Vader, again. “Then you will die,” Vader answers, again, as he readies himself to fight a former friend, again.
“You don't know the power of the dark side! I must obey my master.” Darth Vader's internal struggle between the light side and the dark is truly shown in this quote.
Darth Vader states he is not “his failure.” He explains that Obi-Wan did not kill Anakin Skywalker, but “I did,” referring to himself as Darth Vader. Obi-Wan's eyes fill with tears as Darth Vader declares he will destroy him. Obi-Wan knows his friend is truly gone and walks away.
Anakin admits to Obi-Wan that he has been arrogant and unappreciative of his training, and apologizes to his master. Obi-Wan assures Anakin that he is proud of him, telling him that he has become a "far greater Jedi than I could ever hope to be."
Vader responded “I am not your failure, Obi-Wan. You didn't kill Anakin Skywalker. I did.” This allows Obi-Wan to finally accept that Anakin is truly gone and that there was nothing he could have realistically done to save him.
Lekauf was extremely loyal, to both Darth Vader and the Galactic Empire. He risked his life in multiple instances to defend his master, who admired this loyalty and rewarded Lekauf for it. As a result, Lekauf grew even more willing to defend Vader.
“If this is a consular ship, where is the ambassador?” In his first-ever dialogue exchange as Darth Vader, James Earl Jones sets the tone immediately.
Even after his brutal scorching in the fires of Mustafar, sand remained the only natural phenomenon that Vader feared. To him, sand was a reminder that he'd failed to save his mother or Padme from death.

Though Obi-Wan's "I have the high ground" line has become something of a meme since the release of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, it remains one of the best lines in the prequel trilogy.
“You were right about me. Tell your sister… you were right.” Those were the last words Anakin Skywalker, aka Darth Vader, ever said while he was alive.
Vader had a great amount of respect for Obi-Wan as a Jedi and their former teacher-pupil relationship. He even referred to Obi-Wan as his “old master” when they fought in their final confrontation.
Anakin Skywalker, in one last digged-effort, before his imprisonment as Darth Vader for the next 23 years, cries out for help. He yearns for his beloved Padme, with the words, “Padme, help me.”
The Empire Strikes Back introduced a lot of brilliance to the Star Wars franchise. However, Yoda has one of the most unique and interesting characters of the trilogy. When first introduced, Yoda's first line is "Feel like what?" in response to Luke's about to reveal he feels like they are being watched.

Command and organization
Under service to the Galactic Empire, the 501st Legion was led by Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader, previously the Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, as his personal legion of troops.
Lack of emotional intelligence – As you might have gathered, Lord Vader has a temper problem, and his employees bear the brunt of his frustrations. The man loves to Force-choke folks who don't fall in line, usually right in front of their peers.
He betrays his closest friend in hopes that, somehow, he can save others. Ultimately, the tragedy found in Anakin's willingness to rebrand himself as Darth Vader is that he betrayed himself. His forfeit of himself surrendered the capability of becoming great without having to concede to the Dark Side.
In the Star Wars Universe, it's hard to deny Darth Vader's greatest enemy was the Jedi Order. Sure, he had enemies such as Qi'ra, the Crimson Dawn and Doctor Aphra. But few came close to truly defeating him, other than Obi-Wan Kenobi and in time, his son, Luke Skywalker.
He does. Right at the end. With Luke crying over him and Vader sensing his anguish and pain he had inflicted on all those who had cared for him.
Obi-Wan knew it was only a matter of time. So, he made the difficult decision to use his learnings and become one with the force, rather than let Vader decapitate him.
