Returning to Dagobah to complete his training, Luke learns from an ailing Yoda the terrible truth that Vader is his father. The Jedi Master also offers Luke a tantalizing secret -- that there is another Skywalker.

This is a piece of advice that Master Yoda gives Luke Skywalker when he is training to be a Jedi knight. Many people live their lives “trying” to do things, instead of really doing them.
Yoda's dying words are to Luke, saying, "Luke, there is another Sky- Skywalker..." Yoda is referring to Leia Organa, Luke's twin sister, who may also bring hope to the galaxy if Luke should fail. Then Yoda dies, disappearing into the afterlife and becoming a Force ghost.

Even without this consideration, however, it's possible to find some in-universe reasons why Yoda referred to Luke as the last Jedi despite Ahsoka and Ezra, both people Yoda knew, being still alive.
“Fear” is the operative word here -- Yoda and Obi-Wan were afraid for Luke's fate, which is why they didn't want him to leave. They didn't believe that Luke was able to control his emotions, and that he'd give in to anger and rage after discovering Darth Vader's true identity.

Yoda held the title of Grand Master of the Jedi Order since the days of the High Republic Era. At some point, Yoda took on a human named Kantam Sy as his Padawan. The two were stationed at the Jedi Temple on the planet Endovar.
The character's name was later changed to be “Minch Yoda” in the first draft of The Empire Strikes Back screenplay by Leigh Brackett. The name was changed again to the shorter “Yoda.”
George Lucas Created Yoda's Speech For Practicality
All the words are there, but it's straight-up backward. It makes listeners focus, and it turns out that was exactly the point. George Lucas wanted viewers (and characters in the films) to hone in on what Yoda was saying because he was so full of wisdom.
Yoda's knowledge of Luke Skywalker's true parentage was also confirmed in Return of the Jedi.

New Jedi Order and aftermath
Luke Skywalker trained Rey as his final Jedi apprentice. After the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY, which saw the deaths of both Emperor Palpatine and his apprentice Darth Vader, Skywalker attempted to rebuild the Jedi Order.
However, Yoda in his self-imposed exile, decided not to wield a lightsaber anymore. Skywalker offers the lightsaber to Grogu. After Yoda's death in 4 ABY, the lightsaber with its accompanying storage box ended up in the possession of Yoda's last Jedi apprentice, Luke Skywalker.
The second time Yoda mentions his long life is in Return of the Jedi, when he tells Luke, “When you reach 900 years old, you will not look as good as you will.” If we take Yoda at his word, that means the Jedi Master died at the ripe old age of 900.
