Symbiotes can also amalgamate with one another to become more powerful, as seen with the Hybrid symbiote, the Venom symbiote assimilating its clone, the Venom-Carnage hybrids created by Marquis Radu, and the Venom symbiote merging with the Tyrannosaurus symbiote.
When a symbiote absorbs another symbiote it gains the ability to control the devoured symbiote's matter. That's why riot was larger and was able to grow thorns. He had absorbed several symbiotes by the time venom and riot fought.
Carnage was once a serial killer known as Cletus Kasady, and became Carnage after merging with the offspring of the alien symbiote called Venom during a prison breakout. The symbiote amplified his psychotic nature making him even less mentally stable than he had been previously, and therefore even more dangerous.
A symbiote is only as strong as the bond that it shares with its host. With that in mind, Venom is the clear winner, having formed a number of strong bonds since making its debut back in issue 252 of The Amazing Spider-Man.
1 PERMANENT BONDING
With enough stimulation and an adequate food source, the Symbiote has the ability to permanently latch onto and link with the host. This results in the creation of beings like Venom and Carnage, with the human portions of Eddie Brock and Cletus Cassidy becoming almost alter egos.
Marvel Comics' new version of Venom has become the most powerful symbiote ever. Dylan Brock, the son of the original Venom host, Eddie, has unlocked a new power that allows him to sever a symbiote's connection to the hive mind, which makes him a threat even for the all-powerful Kings in Black.
The four symbiotes temporarily bonded with Deadpool to fight Carnage. After Carnage's defeat, Deadpool unbonds with the symbiotes and the symbiotes bond to Mercury Team's dog.
Venom simply pulled the symbiote off of him and ate it, becoming stronger.
It could be that in the universe of the Venom movies, this type of strong bond is already known among the symbiotes to result in stronger specimens. This could explain why Venom is so fearful of facing an enemy with a ruddy hue.
Who would win in a fight between carnage and riot? Carnage does have more abilities, but was like a rampaging kid and Venom ate it to kill it. Riot was cunning, and was even able to rip Venom from Brock and would have eaten him if Brock didn't rebond with it.
Blue Symbiote (1) (Mayhem): In the comics Mayhem was a biologically reengineered being as a human and symbiote hybrid. The character April gave herself the name Mayhem to operate under in her superhuman activities, but she died in an explosion while fighting Spider-Girl.
Venom is a villain in Marvel's Spiderman. He also known as Eddie Brock. He hates Spiderman because he thinks he is the cause of all the bad luck in his life. Venom is bigger and stronger then Spiderman.
With every symbiote, the ability to spawn a new puts the former in danger, as there is a possibility of the spawn is normally more powerful than the former. Knowing this, if venom were to spawn again, carnage would be rendered useless against the newer spawn, whether it be his or venom's.
They rapidly age the symbiotes and pair them to people: Scream (yellow, female), Agony (pink, female), Lasher (green, male), Riot (grey, male) and Phage (orange, male).
Scream has web-slinging and wall-crawling powers, and also uses her prehensile hair tendrils as weapons to ensnare her enemies. She can also manipulate her biomass to construct wings, making her unique among other symbiotes as one who flies.
Scream is a supervillainess and antiheroine appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Scream symbiote has appeared in Spider-Man comics, as one of five symbiote spawns created simultaneously and has had four different types. Donna Diego as Scream in Venom: Separation Anxiety #4 (March 1995).
In nearly every iteration of Carnage's character, he is the offspring of Venom. The Klyntar, the race of aliens that the symbiotes belong to, reproduce asexually and can transmit their offspring to other hosts.
At the very least, a red symbiote is naturally stronger than a black symbiote. What this means for symbiotes who sport a green, purple, or even yellow color is up in the air for now at least.
Many of the Symbiote species have their own unique colours, Anti-Venom is white, Sleeper is green, Scream is Yellow, Venom is Black, and Carnage is red.
Exiles. The Earth-15 psychotic Peter Parker and Carnage combine to become the "Spider", and becomes a member of Weapon X in Exiles. He is killed when Firestar explodes from her powers.

Eddie Brock's dislike of Peter Parker before he bonded with the symbiote translates into a deep love-hate relationship with Spider-Man, as Venom simultaneously wants to kill Spider-Man, but also re-bond with him.
Deadpool
It was revealed in DEADPOOL'S SECRET SECRET WARS that Deadpool was actually the first human host of the symbiote, which also explained the symbiote's aggressive and unstable behavior with later hosts.
The Venom symbiote's first human host was Spider-Man himself, who eventually discovered its true nefarious nature and separated himself from the creature in The Amazing Spider-Man #258 (November 1984)—with a brief rejoining five months later in Web of Spider-Man #1.
Carl Brock's appearance in Amazing Spider-Man #375 depicts him with a full head of hair, but Venom: Dark Origin and subsequent appearances depict him as a balding man with a moustache. Venom Vol. 4 shows him as balding in the present, but with a full head of hair in flashbacks to Eddie's youth.
